I have read that he is in another league altogether than President Arafat......
but the pressure on him to act tough.... is beyond what you and I can begin to

he does not have real control over the P. A.

Here is something that was shown to a near death experiencer back in 1975.... that
I suspect from what I have read about Multiverse Theory has already occurred......
and will not be exactly replicated but........

this can be used as a possible semi-reality science fiction film series concept......
and this could set the stage for an Israel - Jordan economic cooperation agreement that
Abbas will.......... probably accept when the final version is put in front of him........
but if he is there while the agreement between Jordan and Israel is being hammered out.....
he and his team would sabotage it.

Once the nations of Jordan and Israel and other Middle Eastern nations come to an agreement....
the Palestinian people will realize that the support that they had over these previous decades is
no longer there...... and they will generally give in ...... because the economic benefits can be
astonishing.

Genuine peace between Israel and Jordan will set the stage for a massive boost .... and redirection of
the entire world economy.

For those of us who would like to see Hamas reduced, the easy approach is to encourage the Abbas unity government - to which Hamas acceded earlier this year. With points of entry controled by Abbas, Hamas would lose funding, besides having lost political prominence.

Instead, Netanyahu requires Gaza and West Bank to be politically divided, while refusing to negotiate with Gaza - thus perpetuating a continued state of war that has been ongoing for a decade now - a war which Netanyahu refuses even to consider ending.

 

P. A. laws and the application thereof have led to minorities, such as Christians doing an Exodus from
under P. A. control.

Do you seriously think that they would apply their laws in a more equatable manner for Israeli Jews.

Expecting a whole people to peacefully accept less is unprecedented in human history.

And, Israel is headed in the opposite direction, toward strengthening and legalizing apartheid.

 

I actually do agree that some major changes need to be made in the way that the average
Israeli views the average Palestinian.

This may well sound ridiculous to you but I am hopeful that the Barbro Karlen - Anne Frank case.....
as well as the hundreds of similar examples of this phenomena worldwide will soon begin a process
where Israeli citizens will begin to view Palestinians..... as perhaps being their own great, great, great, great.......

I am hopeful for genuine peace between Israeli's and Palestinians but I do suspect that the situation will probaby
get worse before it gets better due to the way that so many new refugees are being created all over the world.

Your Jordon thing seems based on two basic principles that I do not believe can be justified.

First is the notion that nations are for sale. I know of no case where an offer like that of Jordon was accepted by a country anywhere.

Next is the idea that you can't talk to President Abbas. That can not be supported. Let's remember that the IDF works closely with Abbas and states that Abbas is their primary partner in peace. The IDF has allowed Abbas more force in keeping control of violence in West Bank. But, the fact remains that Abbas can not operate in significant portions of West Bank where his people are having their land, property, water rights, etc. stolen. What SHOULD be impressive is that there is so little violence in West Bank. And, as for Gaza, Israel prevents Abbas from operating there, insisting on leaving Gaza to Hamas - an organization that Abbas has proven he can control if given the opportunity.

And, let's stay away from this idea of finding evil historic individuals. Every nation including our own has had members of government who have committed inexcusable acts of self aggrandizement, etc.

If you have a charge against the current leadership, then state it.

 

I admit that President Abbas is
a far better leader than President Arafat.

Two years that are extremely important for the rebuilding of the Jerusalem Third Temple and the beginning of the fulfillment of Ezekiel chapters 40 - 48 are 2070.... and 2030 for us Christians. If we support you in what you must do...... many troubles can be avoided. Millions, perhaps even billions of lives will be saved if Christian and some Muslims support the rebuilding of the Third Temple by 2030.... rather than the forty year delay.

 

One thing that Sigmund has in his favor is that he seems to be interested in environmental restoration.
