the cop that went after that nurse and harassed her and the victim of that accident is an example of a bad cop, you don't have to draw a weapon to be a bad cop, you just have to do bad cops things - any paid vacation that cop got for his actions, he should have to pay back to the tax payers and he should be barred from ever being a cop again

in the police state you want... no one is better off, there is no justice as the police are above the law and can do no wrong

the local DA and the police work together, there is a conflict of interest in them handling the case and same with the local police, the investigation and prosecution should be at the federal level - just like if you rob a post office, that is a federal crime

in that case, the officer that was investigating the victim, he was partly the cause of the victims accident, thus had a conflict of interest, and we see how that worked out, we need to avoid conflicts of interest like that - not one cop lifted a hand to protect the victims in that case, cause it was their brother in blue harassing the victims

You are correct, it isn't really about the flag and anthem, its about a batch of clowns and their supporters who hate America and express it by being disrespectful to the flag and anthem.

 

We've been through this. If you tolerate trump, or his supporters, and especially if you are a trump supporter, you not only tolerate nation-haters, you support them.

So why does a Communist Bookstore in Berkeley CA stop a bow tie American flag man wishing to enter and buy a Commie book?

Why, one would think, the Berkeley Communist party would LOVE to sell Communist ideology to American flag wearing people. but I guess they would be engaging in a form of economy they despise, Capitalism, by selling the book in the 1st place, so they must just give books away freely, but only to those showing TRUE desire to be a Communist. The funding for the bookstore of course, from redistributed currency via Government coercion, of the very people wearing American flags whom the Communists are denying to sell the book.

One of the big issues with politics and political discussion is that nobody wants to be realistic, they fear if they acknowledge any flaw the other side will claim some kind of sueriority because they will not do that.

Most Trump supporters I know are bothered by aspects of Trumps style. We know he lacks diplomacy, we know he speaks when he should have just kept his mouth shut.
NOBODY is perfect- and those that pretend that they are or that their candidate of philosophy is are full of BS and short on character.

Trump is a person who can make things happen. He's a person who has long term objectives, and knows that success is something that requires time and a string of the right decisions. A smart businessman doesn't plan for tomorrow- he plans for 5-10 years ahead, then does what is needed today in order to be where he needs to be then. In the meantime, all those who want "easy" right now bitch about the plan and want to gut it. There WILL be friction. Not being a politician- Trump isn't worried with the whinos like most politicians are.

Given that the history of our politics is to bluster and blow smoke up the people's skirt while getting nothing done, to fix every problem with a band-aid that will have to be fixed again because it is short sighted, to increase debt endlessly- A lot of people decided that such politics had to stop, they are self-destruction in office. Hell yes there will be friction.

He's there because nobody else who ran, most likely NO existing politicians could change the course- they are all part of the same good ol boys group who place re-electikon and retention of power and raising of money ahead of the national welfare and future.

I'm more offended by where our politicians have taken us, by far, than I am by the gruff nature of a businessman trying to turn it around.
