If males of other races are being included then the ONLY reason to exclude the other males is because they are white.

 

It has nothing to do with race. It has to do more with economic position. Poor people commit more crimes, and blacks tend to make up the majority of poor people.

In areas where white people make up the majority of poor people, white people commit crimes at about the same rate as blacks in areas where blacks make up the majority of the poor.

 

So white women are eligible?

They are eligible in SPITE of the fact they're white because they are females.

Now your turn. White males are excluded are they not? Why is that?

 

Are those crimes committed, or conviction rates? Because there is a difference.

 

Take your pick. Only a slightly lower conviction rate. Still far overrepresented.

 

You have to take into account the Asians, latino's, middle eastern and other smaller groups of people in this country as well.

 

For men the number is around 90% in some categories

 

Why not be harsh with violent criminal offenders across the board regardless of race? Being harsher on one group as a deterrent would only show victims of other groups that their offenders would have more lenient punishments. Overall, it is better to be fair.

No my question is, is the figures you keep asserting, the rate of convictions for murder/rapes, or the rate of murder/rapes actually committed?

 

The same reason we go after gang members more harshly than we do other criminals who commit the EXACT same crime. Because we are attempting to curb the behavior of a specific group who is disproportionately committing violence.
