    Both.

Germany's advice was "keep an arm's length". Sweden said something similar to what you said about clothing.

Correct. The police and media censured out the fact of danger and who it is one should "avoid". This left (as usual) the population not knowing who's doing what. The culmination being in Sweden that ALL MEN are guilty ..... even us - I am Swedish. I don't know how far it is going ahead but there is a genuine plan to have the next music event "FOR WOMEN ONLY". Swedish feminazis must be having a collective orgasm marathon.

He might have a future in acting if they ever do a re-make of the Mod Squad.

The law, you say. Standing, right? Putting your hand over your heart, right? Holding an expression of awe and wonderment watching the flag being raised up a pole, right? I don't know about you but I have travelled the world and I've been all over the East Bloc during the Cold War. Your "law" is exactly like what I saw in the Soviet Union and what I've seen about China & North Korea. Funny, too ..... that's their notion of patriotism as well.

During the 70's I was living in Berlin and I observed the Iron Curtain from both sides of it and I mentioned to my friends and colleagues that I could sense the West was moving towards the East in political timbre. They didn't understand how I could say that, but I was right. It's here already.

(Shrug) I for one tend NOT to confuse the concept of 'obeying the laws of the land' with voluntary and symbolic acts of patriotism.

In a discussion about the world and political philosophy, you are way over your head. "That's right!" "That's left!" You don't have the tiniest clue what it is all about.

Voluntary! Like I said, "You don't have the tiniest clue what it is all about." Kaepernick is voluntarily taking a knee but that upsets you.

He surely can make distinctions between the right and the left in this nation. (So should you.)
We can also count lies, crimes and scandals, and media cover-ups. I can assure you the left is winning handily.

I don't? Gosh! I bet that during the Cold War when I was a nuclear missile technician on boomer submarines I didn't have a clue then either. Silly me!

Well, I myself wouldn't think sticking to Trump would make for a good day myself, but hey - whatever floats your boat. If you like sticking to Trump, go for it.

Anyone can say "That's right!""That's left!" but you and your friend don't understand what they mean. To you it means "I agree with you!" "I don't want to agree with you!" But in reality what you are saying is, "I don't understand anything but I want to have an opinion on something that everyone is talking about even though I know nothing about it."

I'm genuinely surprised the magazine even exists anymore - I haven't heard a thing about it in years. GQ is like one of those things that seemed cool decades ago, like Maxim, Natural Wonders, or Sharper Image - but no one even remembers in the present either because they reached their expiration date, or just went out of business.

Seems like a publicity stunt to me as Kaep is hardly the first person I would think of when it comes to men's fashion. *shrugs* They'd be better off putting my principal on the cover; he's a pretty professional dresser.

Yes, it does seem strange. I guess GQ needs a shot in the arm.

Nah. Look, I deal with the most fashion-conscious group of people in the world - the American Teenager. And in a school where 25% of the kids are African-American, TWO of them have that hairstyle, and they both get teased by the other kids for having it. Yeah it's currently a hairstyle of decades past, he might as well wear corduroy with it.

Third rate quarterback tried to push his brand in a new arena under crazy GF's influence.

Maybe it succeeded, and it'll only cost the league - and his fellow players - tens of millions.

    What?

    CK worry? :)

Not only that but someone removed the orange tip of the BB Gun to make it look like a real gun. He got his wish, even the cops thought it was a real gun.

I never subscribed, but get them every once in awhile. They go into the recycle bin with plastic wrap intact.

Well, this "citizen of the year" choose not to exercise his option and then is filling a lawsuit because he didn't get picked up by some other team. Seems the standards for this "award" have declined as much as the Nobel peace prize.

    Confederate Quarterly.

He was better than half the bums playing quarterback in the NFL today.
