In the following article from the jewish news site Mondoweiss we can read about how president Trump’s Middle East negotiating team consists of "observant jews", and it's led by Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner who is a zionist jew with close ties to Israel and its prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu:
    http://mondoweiss.net/2017/11/understanding-negotiators-observant/

You can read more about Kushner's zionism and ties to Israel in the following informative thread:

Media write openly about how Trump's zionist son-in-law is taking over

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...mps-zionist-son-in-law-is-taking-over.502080/

What I would like to know is: do you think that an American Middle East negotiating team that consists of zionist jews with close ties to Netanyahu stands a chance of brokering peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians? Is this really a smart move by Trump? As always, all opinions are welcome.

Given past failures, by preceding administrations, what can it hurt? The chances of any such settlement are slim to none anyways. So not a problem, IMO.

    .
I think it's obvious that we have Kushner and his fellow zionists to thank for this:
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-42250340

This insane and disgraceful decision was met with near-universal condemnation. Muslims, Christian leaders in the Middle East, Russia, the United Nations, Pope Francis, even US allies like Great Britain and France, have all voiced their strong disapproval.

Have the zionists overplayed their hand this time? We'll see what happens.

Certainly Trump has had dealings with Russia over the years, and apparently some of the first occupants of Trump Towers were the Russian mob, but if Trump is in anybody's pocket, if he colludes with any foreign government, it is Israel and not Russia.

god Kushner is such a stooge....in fact probably he's the perfect stooge to run around trying to find a peace deal in a impossible situation. Israel is playing him... perfectly.

Politico's Jeffrey Sonnenfeld thinks it's great that Kushner is running things in the White House:
    https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/04/trump-white-house-family-business-215002
I disagree with your comment. By saying that Kushner is a "stooge", and that Israel is "playing him", you make it sound like he's some ignorant goy who is being manipulated by the Israeli authorities to do their bidding, but that's obviously not the case.

Kushner knows exactly what he's doing because he's a fanatical zionist jew whose family has a history of supporting the racist, genocidal bandit state of Israel, which they clearly consider their real homeland.

Kushner has exactly zero experience in Middle Eastern politics, Netanyahu is a veteran and he's playing him like a violin

btw at the bottom of your OP article, the author is less than impressed and points to the heart of the problem... Kushner is in fact very unobservant if he thinks he can do this without the Palestinians

Fighting Israel's Wars – How the United States military has become Zionized

And one other thing you can bet on is that Mueller will not be looking at the country that actually does interfere in American politics most, which is our best friend in the whole world and greatest ally Israel, the beneficiary of roughly one billion dollars-worth of lobbying carried out by hundreds of full time staff on its behalf.

Punish Israel for corrupting our politicians and media? On the contrary, now that we are officially into the holiday season, a whole bunch of goodies designed to make Benjamin Netanyahu’s eyes sparkle are pending. The highest priority item is the Trump Administration’s cooperation with the Israeli government in a frantic effort to bury a United Nations report that includes a database of all the companies that operate in Israel’s illegal settlements. Also regarding the U.N., Congress is considering a bill that would block U.S. aid to any country that opposes “the position of the United States.” Lest there be any confusion, Ambassador Nikki Haley has made it clear the American “position” would pretty much consist of never criticizing or voting against Israel.

Congress is meanwhile also making a list and checking it twice, looking into the vexing issue of how to make any and all criticism of Israel equate to anti-Semitism as a step forward to turning such activity into a hate crime with actual criminal penalties. The House Judiciary Committee has been holding meetings to try to decide how exactly one might do that without completely jettisoning the First Amendment, which once upon a time was intended to guarantee free speech. On November 8th, nine experts, seven of whom were Jewish, were summoned to address the issue of “codify[ing] a definition of anti-Semitism that incorporates a controversial component addressing attacks on Israel…[as] a necessary means of stemming anti-Semitism on campuses.”

There is no doubt Trump is the first Pro Israel President since NIXON!
    What was NIXON's excuse?
    ;)
And why did it take so long to get a Pro Israel president?

    History, not HERstory.
Truman gave recognition but wouldn't sell U.S. military equipment to Israel.
Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ observed the Arab boycott.
Israel manufactured their own military hardware or purchased from France or Czechoslovakia at inflated prices.

Are you joking? All US presidents from Nixon to Trump have been pro-Israel, even Obama who was ridiculously accused of being a "jew hater".

The US gave billions of aid to Israel every year for decades. Every year. Not just the years of Nixon and Trump. And they used their veto's all over to protect Israel from violating the Geneva Conventions (having civilians in occupied territory etc) every time.

    Nothing in return? :roflol:

During the Red Scare days and containment, Israel was reliably anti USSR.
During the Arab Spring, Israel was an island of democratic stability.
What more could Israel offer in return. Their anti missile system is a gift.

I bet the per dollar investment to Israel whether gov't or private
has a better return than dollars invested elsewhere. Say Vietnam. Syria. Afghanistan.
    Or anyplace on the globe.

    I absolutely agree......
and the potential Artistic Value of the rebuilding of the Jerusalem Third Temple.......
and / or the Artistic Value of squabbling about whether or not and when to rebuild the Jerusalem Third Temple...... could potentially become a major driving force in bringing the USA film industry up to a whole new level of profitability.........
which could come in so handy when Big Pharma and Monsanto bite the dust as consumers become more and more well informed.........
