I agree 100%. The government is authoritarian, and that was one of many displays. It forced association between the baker and the customer in a private transaction that both parties had to agree upon before happening. It is same freedom of association, that is violated.

It is also the same reason that I should be able to associate with a Mexican, Canadian, Russian or an American.

What feelings we're you tefeting to?

Hopefully his parents apologized to him. I guess, like so many illegals, they think they can simply get away with it and skirt under the radar their whole lives. Its sad he has to leave his family, but did he think the gravy train would last forever? Since he's such a huge success, he can take his family with him and move back to the glory that is his home country. As sad as this particular situation is, there are loads of illegals, robbing, stealing and murdering, many sitting in our jails right now. I will not let this anomaly affect me what so ever.

This may shock you, like it shocked your friend, but I'm not required to bark at your command. Read my post and you tell me what I've said on the issue.

If his parents robbed the bank, he would be innocent and he should be able to keep the $1 million.

If his parents brought him here when he was a minor, he was innocent and he should be able to stay.

    Same thing.

LOL, now that's a joke. You Trumpers would eat 10 miles of his **** instead of point out anything wrong he does. You take loyal to a whole new leve.

I don't have a side first of all, I am on the side of equality. Treat all folks equal.

If the hood fits, wear it.

So maybe the Dims should have worked out a DACA deal with Trump as he was trying to do instead of sabotaging the deal with the shi*thole comment. All future deportations can be blamed on Durbin.

Indeed. This is one of those few "muh secession's" that I'm actually paying attention to, since this is a plausible scenario.

Not to mention all the felony crimes committed by those deported and then return.

Our immigration system isn't broke except for the " Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965" but we haven't been enforcing the immigration laws that are already law and are on the books.

When President Reagan put Harold Ezzel in charge of the western region of the INS to enforce our immigration laws the usual suspects yelled racism. Harold Ezzel was forced to resign.

Thirty years later we have a President who believes in that America is a country of the rule of law and is trying to enforce the rule of law and the usual suspects are again yelling racism.

Actually it wasn't his parents but his aunt who illegally brought him across the border.

According to the article his parents are immigrants. I'm assuming legal immigrants.

If they were legal immigrants, why is he not a legal immigrant?

The loony left ignores federal statue and consider all illegal aliens to be immigrants.

    His parents were illegal aliens.

To be an immigrant the wannabe immigrant has to apply for an immigrant visa at an American embassy or consulate in the home country of the wannabe immigrant. After being vetted by the U.S. State Department the wannabe immigrant is issued an immigrant visa to get him or her legally into America so the wannabe immigrant can continue the process of becoming an immigrant.

Then the wannabe immigrant has so many days to get his or her butt to an ICE office and apply for a permanent residence immigration card (green card)
After being vetted by ICE the wannabe immigrant is issued a green card and becomes an immigrant.

Fail to do any of the above, you are not an immigrant.

But give him a pass for being here illegally and committing social security fraud...

You want to see him get a pass. As long as you sneak in and aren't caught a leftist will give you a pass. You are for anybody and everybody coming and going unchecked and unregulated and hiding out in sanctuary cities.

    Yeah that figures.

It also says that he is married to a US citizen he met in Detroit.

A spousal immigration visa is not hard to get, he just didn't want to bother doing it.

yes, he lived here 30 years, I would give him a pass, I would not separate him from his children and send him to a country he doesn't even know anymore as I do not think it's the right thing to do

Of course. People like him want to tear down America so they can rebuild it into a socialist Utopia ruled by enlightened collectivist oligarchs out of Europe. They also want to punish white people for their crimes against humanity.
