We've been over this before. In order for any law to become law the POTUS needs to sign it. The POTUS has made it abundantly clear that he will not sign any bill that does not include an end to the visa lottery, funding for the wall, and some movement toward the end of 'chain migration'.......but he is willing to grant amnesty to 1.8 million illegals. The Speaker of the House has stated unequivocally that he will not put forward any bill that the POTUS won't sign. The Dems response is to stomp their feet and give meaningless 8 hour speeches. Meanwhile the 'Dreamers' begin losing their status, their driver's licenses and jobs in less than a month.......if I were a 'Dreamer' I would be pissed at the idiot Dems...
