As a result of Comey's own leaks, from a firing he deserved. I wish Trump had said outright: "I fired this ******bag because he told me I wasn't under investigation but refused to disclose that as per his duty to the freaking US Congress." Comey is no one worth going to bat for lol.
Mueller's doing it for friendship lulz, but you'd be hard pressed to find a prosecutor otherwise who would.

But if Mueller doesn't find anything, you can't call for 'obstruction' of something that never existed. You have to actually 'obstruct' a judicial proceeding, which only can occur in a criminal case, or a criminal scene with evidence.

 

Guess that means all they have is a pile of feces. Too bad the FBI didn't pursue the Florida shooter as hard as they are chasing Russian Ghosts for Mueller.

HIllary Clinton was incompetent and possibly a treasonous traitor to our nation. The second part is unproven in a court of law. It doesn't take a court of law to lose votes. Which party nearly got her to be president? Democrats are either not very intelligent, uninformed, or have an agenda that they believe will be accomplished, if they allow someone with a background like hers to get away with what she did. If passing the agendas takes allowing someone as incompetent as Hillary Clinton to run the country, those agendas must be illegal or borderline.

The Benghazi probes were done by Congressional committees, some of which were, I believe, controlled by Republicans.
The recommendation for no charges to be brought was made by a Republican - Comey.

 

It seems like it to the uninformed and those who have been brainwashed to believe that Obama had the power to do all those things he did. He fooled many with his smile and "trust me" attitude.

 

Pray tell, what is he obstructing? The investigation has continued to bleed the US Treasury to the willing hearts of our Congress. We are all going to look back at this, as a very sad episode for America.

I don't know whether Trump is obstructing anything. I will wait to see what Mueller says.
My point was a legal one - that it is possible to be convicted of obstruction of justice even if it turns out there is no underlying crime. Of course with 13 recent indictments, an underlying crime has already been found.

 

There were seven congressional investigations into Benghazi. None of them found any wrongdoing.

 

Mueller can't be trusted. The DOJ can't be trusted. Congress can't be trusted. The president can't be trusted. We really have no government. It's a joke.

 

Wrong doing or criminal acts? Were any found guilty of being incompetent? HIllary had a "war fog", so she is innocent.
