Maybe that attempted raid by "wagner" mercs in Syria worked better than expected. So DOD decided to ship them to Ukraine now....perhaps to send more russkis home in a box be it "wagner", regular russki army, strelkov/Girkin, etc.

I can't believe this is going on and there's not a big discussion in the media in the U.S. about this.

There also has not really been that much discussion about Syria. As far as the media is concerned it's just a routine overseas operation to fight terrorists and a few mishaps with Russian forces accidentally getting in the way. No one watching the U.S. media coverage would think there was anything other than that going on.

There are now three battlefronts where Russia and the US are "openly" clashing, Syria, Ukraine and online, covertly there's many others including North Korea.

I came across this video yesterday. The US warned Russia when it entered the war in Syria against ISIS that they will feel pain, and that every good they do in Syria will be presented by the media in such a way that they will be seen as the aggressor - and it's exactly what the media has been trying to do.

The lies weren't just against Russia and the Syrian people, but mostly against the American people who didn't know we were supporting terrorists in preference to the Syrian people, especially the Syrian minorities like the Christians who are being protected by Assad.

Damascus, is their safe haven, and even today not a mention is made about the missiles from Ghouta that are hitting the residential areas in Damascus.

The military's of the Donbas Republics attack the Ukrainian army in response to their shelling of civilian districts. I wouldn't put the number that high though, but I do know that many Ukrainian soldiers have been killed.

 

Zoomy, since you're such an expert on Ukraine, how's the latest Maidan going? I hear that Sashkavili is calling for a mass uprising on March 18 to oust Poroshenko? Is that why Washington sent him arms? Is it to restart the war with the Donbas Republics so Poroshenko can save his seat?

I heard he's letting men out of jail, and hiring mercenaries, because the Ukrainians refuse to be cannon fodder for Poroshenko. The last time he gave them only two weeks training, and most died from friendly fire. I guess if there's no men to till the fields, then it can all be bought up by the oligarchs cheaply.

 

About time the promised release was done. I am waiting to see how many weapons and how fast they will be delivered. The Ukes asked for these defensive weapons a long time ago.
