Interesting to note that Warners "change of heart" occurs at precisely the moment the Judiciary committee begins investigating all things Oleg Deripaska ... Warners texts included. Warner's just had another "change of heart" regarding Trumps CIA nominee ... :confuse: Another "coincidence" I'm sure. :;):

Hilarys server was NEVER hacked.......The DNC server is what you said they should be reviewing......

Your all over the board. Again, you don’t even have the basic facts about what your debating.

All due respect Fred, but their was a crime committed. It was the hack fo the DNC and the selective release of what was taken. That is what COmey was investigating.

The crimes that need to be investigated involve the FBI/DOJ/CIA... clandestine operation to subvert a presidential election.

That will take at least 2 more special prosecutors and several grand juries.

In his testimony in January on the cyber attacks, then-director of the FBI James Comey said the agency never got access to the machines themselves, but obtained access to the forensics from a review of the system performed by CrowdStrike, a third-party cybersecurity firm.

"We got the forensics from the pros that they hired which -- again, best practice is always to get access to the machines themselves, but this my folks tell me was an appropriate substitute," Comey said.

"The DNC coordinated with the FBI and federal intelligence agencies and provided everything they requested, including copies of DNC servers," Watson said. She added that the copy contains the same information as the physical server.

In a nutshell... from the Congressional testimony of lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya:

"Today I can say that the story of my meeting with the son of the US President in the form in which it is currently being cultivated in America is nurtured by the US media, and behind them and politicians there is a cheap, inciting and eerily irresponsible campaign. Aimed against the institution of the President as such, and ultimately-against their people."

Still spreading your manure are you ???

“The metadata established several facts in this regard with granular precision: On the evening of July 5, 2016, 1,976 megabytes of data were downloaded from the DNC’s server. The operation took 87 seconds. This yields a transfer rate of 22.7 megabytes per second. These statistics are matters of record and essential to disproving the hack theory. No Internet service provider, such as a hacker would have had to use in mid-2016, was capable of downloading data at this speed.”

“A speed of 22.7 megabytes is simply unobtainable, especially if we are talking about a transoceanic data transfer. Transfer rates of 23 MB/s are not just highly unlikely, but effectively impossible to accomplish when communicating over the Internet at any significant distance. Further, local copy speeds are measured, demonstrating that 23 MB/s is a typical transfer rate when using a USB–2 flash device (thumb drive).”

It wasn't even the Russians... Seth Rich was part of a Mossad team. Payback for Obama's intervention into the Israel elections.

Nah just one, that will treat Democrats as they deserve to be treated. Like Rodney Dangerfield. No respect.

Did the FBI ever examine the DNC server ???

Was CrowdStrike being blackmailed because they had unlawful access to classified information as contractors working under Clapper?

The bottom line is that the FBI agents, who were conspiring to damage Trump in the first place, simply accepted the report because it served their agenda.

(McCabe, Comey, Strzok, etc were all involved with the insurance policy that was formulated, "in Andy's office."

You'll see a lot more like Warner begin to scurry for cover now that this whole investigation fiasco is unravelling. Their hoped for majority in the midterms - when they could be in the majority and make this all go away - seems to be unraveling also.

It's CYA time in DC and, while they're very good at that in normal times, this time they went a step too far.

I expect the OIG will have a handle on all of that given that they were able to find previously 'lost' information from FBI computers.

It's huge, and will likely continue during Trump's second term.

Only three including Comey, Brennan, and Mike Rogers (who didn't sign off). The remaining agencies were never given any information to review including main agencies that would be involved. It was Mike Rogers that put a stop to allowing private contractors access to FISA information.

There is no evidence russia gave wilkileaks hacked emails. Without evidence such a statement is BS. That is how things are supposed to work, instead of what you are attempting to use.

Repeating a lie does not make it truth, no matter how many times you repeat it. You can only redeem yourself by presenting the evidence. And without evidence, any accusation is a lie. Or would it be better to call it just conjecture? Creative thinking? Guessing?

No Russia may have given it to someone else to give to Wikileaks. But that Russia is responsible is not even up for debate.
