'Swatting' David Hogg wasn't a 'prank,' it was attempted murder

Parkland, Fla., shooting survivor turned anti-gun activist David Hogg avoided another potentially deadly incident Tuesday — after police armed with assault rifles kicked down the door of his family home. Broward County sheriff’s officials were responding to a call that Hogg and his family had been taken hostage by an assailant armed with an AR-15.

The teenager was gracious enough to write the incident off as “just a silly prank” — language that was echoed by local police and a number of prominent media outlets.

This was not a prank. A prank is ordering 10 pizzas to someone’s home who didn’t ask for them. Or asking if someone’s refrigerator is running.

If initial reporting about the incident proves accurate, this was attempted murder. (Or, to be more precise, manslaughter)

My SWATTING had three cops bash my door at midnite. Three guns in my face. Swarm and search.

I was almost killed, undoubtedly. Had I answered my HOME INVASION with a gun, I would be dead.

It is far worse, to declare that they were hostages. That IS an actual murder attempt.

How will YOUR SWATTING go? Will You die? Will YOUR family be given four bucks?

Or will your relatives be able to gain monetarily from your demise?

The boy/man that is speaking out against gun culture, had an attempt on his life.

Cops SURE didn't take mine seriously, I hope they take David Hoggs attempted murder seriously.

 

Hahaha! ..."attempted murder"? Hogg lives in Broward (coward) county! Did SWAT cordon off the area and wait for the "green light" to be given by sheriff Israel? ... again? SWATting isn't funny, and it's a crime. Inducing panic, and making a false report are the crimes. "Attempted murder" betrays your loathing for law enforcement. Sheriff Israel is the real danger in Broward, his incompetence bordered on complicity to murder.

Swatting is certainly a very bad thing but I bet it is some kids that did it. Not sure what that has to do with athletes.

 

The athletes, are protesting the WHITE ESTABLISHMENT, using law enforcement, to SELECTIVELY patrol society. As is the same in EVERY mixed community.

The problem is, we are supposed to do away with RACISM. And in doing so, as is the broken windows theory, it will improve relations all around. You cannot improve in one aspect, and not improve overall.

 

Swatting of Hog still has nothing to do with athletes. Maybe another thread?

Yes it was a directed attack using the police to punish and likely assassinate a private citizen and his family likely for their political views.

Those are the facts, now what's going to happen if "Swatting", (which until now has been a deadly prank amongst gamers) spreads to all sides of politics.

Someone doesn't like candidates somewhere in the country so with a few downloads they're Swatting them from their local area code through a burner phone? If this was difficult Gamers wouldn't do it for laughs.

 

You seem to have entirely avoided the risk to your conversation by then scampering off down the "they're all mentally ill" bunny trail. Face it, we don't know who "swatted" little hogg. It makes a lot of sense to ask why he was swatted in the first place, if not by his own hand, who has any reason to do this to him, or his family? So, avoid this if you will, it doesn't stop the rest of the folks in the nation from assuming this was, in fact, the case here.

David Hogg, is assumed to be some kind of actor, in a myriad of ways, to validate the conspiracy theory, that David Hogg, would stage his own almost murder.

THAT IS ****ING ASSININE assumption. As can be asserted by ANYONE that has been SWATTED. And, you are in luck, YOU ARE TALKING TO ONE.

 

You think Israel is a cop? He's a politician. The Broward "cops" vote of "no confidence" in their (D) sheriff should have dispelled that myth.

 

It is not lost on any gentle reader, that Trump wants to LOCK HER UP, for SOMPIN' or tother.

Trump sees the justice system as forwarding his SOCIAL ENGINEERING desires. You undoubtredly see him as DESERVING to determine that for us.

 

So, we should be able to very rapidly find out where the initiating call came from, especially, as you've pointed out, the ability to track the online soft call from the local area code was inserted into the mix. This just can't be that hard, especially for local law enforcement, and the fact that the FBI would be involved as an interstate crime might be involved, for this to then be swiftly resolved.

This still doesn't change the fact that by having been "swatted" little Hogg is still in the spotlight, does it? Hogg is a media hound. It makes perfect logical sense that by having staged this, he would stay in the spotlight. I doubt that he is the "victim" here at all.

You appear to be so far off the rails that any further discussion would be a waste of time. You post an "opinion" piece, you insert your own tilt, and then bash anyone who suggests people should let the facts come out by calling them mass shooting deniers and mentally ill.

There was a guy that heard people having fun, in the RANCHO SANTE FE estate, where the DEMOCRATS were having a fundraiser. He started shouting racial epithets at them, then went and called the cops. The cops came out, and encountered people that KNEW their rights, since they had broken no law. The cops started hauling girls away forcefully, and when men said no, they were tazed and peppered. Ladies too.

All the elite citizens getting the TREATMENT any ****** WITH ATTITUDE GETS. That is an education that cannot be purchased.

The guy that made the calls, saying the DEMOCRATS must be stopped? NEVER A WORD.

 

The cops SHOWED me their screen for maybe one second. Saying that SOMEONE had called it in. But, they would NOT investigate that person. Not even without ME involved. Add to this, the cop LIED, and said he listened for fifteen minutes to the girl I was throwing into walls cry. I was alone and asleep. Lived alone.

Really? "likely assassinate"? Good grief. The police did arrive, and no one was assassinated. SWAT responds to thousands of calls, and they are not in the business of political assassination. SWAT isn't the "bad guy" ... the criminal prankster is.

 

I suppose we should see the Hogg family then sue the local PD for the event, huh? I mean they need tuition dollars for little Hogg's out of state ambitions, right?
