Depend upon who is doing the defining, I would think. Both theism and atheism have similarities. Both exhibit certainty when there is no way in hell for such certainty. Start from there. Both involve dogma in their belief system. Sheldrake pointed that out in his book The Science Delusion. And he is a scientist, as well educated as any other biologist. Perhaps even better given he well knows the history of science which most biologists don't know, being specialists.

 

again please try to read for comprehension, nothing in my statement asserts agreement or disagreement with the courts decision, it states the present conditions and the scope of attributes used in philosophy and the courts regarding religion.
