I do. :D But then when you're as sweet as I am, you don't need it.

Actually I plan to break ketosis for a date tonight. Being highly ketogenic tends to reduce, not performance, but the intensity of the fireworks. A couple of chocolates should do it.

NoT ... Poss-eee-Bow ! for a human to know how well another
human smells as far as sweet. As far as stinking ... by all means.
As far as too much cologne or perfume ... yes.But not how " sweet ".
Even a human being having come back to earth Reincarnated
as a mosquito would have a problem with how sweet another human.
Even after graduating from the finest finishing school at the
    Reincarnation Center.

For dinner to night on my way to work I will just stop at McDonalds for a couple of regular hamburgers and a large Coke.

You must be a 'glass half full' type.

It looks half empty to me.

Cool and a lot of folk may go in fer that. But I learned a long
time ago as a kid to not fall for gimmicks. That's the kind of glass
that goes over big in certain type bar.usualy the ones where top shelf
bottles of booze never exceed $ 10 or $ 12 dollars a fifth at the liquor
store. The kind of Bars where - Bar Rescue - comes a callin'.

their way of life is it could be worse and there is no reasoning with that, we must submit to their will and be crucified for their sin.

the greater good was always an ideal, the movie is not real.

That meme brings to mind the recommendation that one should not mix a laxative and a sleep aid...

Another blissful day in the land of the working man (or woman)….

I did something highly unusual for me - I actual got a Whopper for lunch the other day. What a blatant reminder it was as to why I don't eat that swill anymore. The rest of my day was spent regretting it to the enth degree. *buuurp-gag*

I wish you a digestive track of steel.....

    I actually prefer a whooper to a McD's quarter pounder.One problem I
had was the Burger King in my town had this Store mngr. who allowed
her crew to short circuit the toasting of Whopper orders.
So if you order a whopper without a specific ingredient like Ketchup
or onions { the person or grill crew member } sticks the whooper bun in
the toaster and takes out before { like way before } the bun is properly
carmelized.Fast Food hamburger buns Have to be Carmelized.
They are specifically made at the bun factory with certain bun specs
for toasting. They are not to be used raw or untoasted.
This one Store Mngr at the Burger King I personally came in and
explained this to her.I also told her I was once a McDonalds Mngr.
Store Mngr.at that.I went in a few months later and this same store
mngr was on duty and I got another Raw Whooper bun.I tried another time
about a year later and this same store mngr. was on duty and again the
same thing.Meaning a Bad store Mngr. They are breaking cooking procedures
in order to bring faster service.I eventually gave up on this Burger King
as all it takes is one Bad Store Mngr. at a fast food joint to ruin the menu.
McD's used to have the best and juiciest hamburgers ever.
When they grilled them On the Grill every order. Now they grill them ahead
of time and stick in a warming tray in some warming oven with juices
in the tray. Not bad but nowhere as juicy as years past.
Plus McDonalds didn't use Mayo in them years. Now they have their
double cheeseburger or Daily Double with lettuce and mayo.
I used to go to the big city and stop at a Burger King off the Interstate
before getting to the big city for a Whooper.I took my own slice of
cheese smeared with Dijon mustard and mayo wrapped in saran wrap.
    Then I'd order a Whooper w/o onions,cheese or ketchup.

My sb had been gone and then had stuff with school, so I hadn't seen her in a month. During the last month I've been working out REALLY hard. And boy did it show. I was a freaking rock star last night! :D She called out "Oh God!" so many times I thought she had found religion.

I have typed several responses and deleted them before posting, because I don't think you would understand my humor, so I'll leave it at this: I didn't know they put voice recordings in blow up dolls.

Hah, no way. When doing the elliptical I keep myself right at my limit. I am literally breathing as hard as I possibly can without gasping, for 30 minutes straight. If that doesn't kill me, nothing will. :D

No joke! I had been off my program because of a shoulder injury. I always take half an aspirin before working out to help avoid a heart attack. But when I started back at it about six weeks ago, every day in the back of my mind I was thinking, this could be my last. I'm honestly surprised to be alive; not because of the last six weeks but going back six years when I first lost all the weight. Every day I could hear a drum roll in my head. Do I drop dead today? I'm not stupid about about it but push myself to my absolute safe maximum. And the results are amazing!

85% of max is probably enough. And the latest research suggest that when you hit that mark start walking it back.

And I have to say, when a man my age takes off his shirt and a smoking hot 22 yo says "Wow!".. it doesn't get any better than that! I made a point of not telling her how hard I had been working to see if she'd notice. I figured she would notice but didn't expect the reaction I got. It's hard to track the progress when you see yourself every day. But she hadn't really seen any of my progress for the last six weeks. It takes a few weeks for the initial results to start showing.
