    I never signed a contract that permits someone to send me a form. You can't produce it can you? Because...shhhh, don't tell anyone...it doesn't exist.

    Nope. Not saying that.

    I never signed any contract that said someone could send me a 1040 form to tax me. Can you produce such a contract with my signature? I'd like to read the part where it says that I give them permission to send me a 1040 form.

    And also, you carelessly forget, more Income Disparity than ever. And more poverty than most nations that are comparable.

    America has far more poverty than most other developed countries. Find the reasons explained here: Why is poverty higher in the U.S. than in other countries?

    It is apparent that you haven't the slightest notion of what Income Disparity means and why upper-income taxation is the only way to correct the unfair imbalance - and make America a decent place to live in.

    Howzzat? Yes, by higher upper-income taxation we can afford
    *A National Healthcare Service (and better health, since we live 4 years less than Europeans who have NHSs - see that fact demonstrated here);
    *Free Post-secondary education such that our children can obtain the degrees that this new Information Age imposes upon us. Manufacturing employs only about 10% of the entire labor-force in America. The rest are in Services, which has become very highly orientated towards Information Technologies. Our people NEED the advanced degrees to get decent jobs!

    Which is what Hillary wanted to give our families, by having all children pursuing post-secondary degrees at state-schools with paid tuition by Uncle Sam. Yes, Hillary went on to win the election and lose the presidency.

    Which just shows how inept a democracy this nation has become, manipulated as it is politically by BigMoney ...

    Why should I care whether some other guy makes two, ten, a hundred, or a thousand times what I make? It doesn't change what I make.

    I don't know about you, but I don't voluntarily pay taxes- I do so out of threat of being agressed upon.

    and I'm ignoring it, as it is in no way relevant to this thread.

    awesome. You are perfectly free to sever the contract. You have to leave the US though, because you can't use all the benefits and services of being a citizen, without upholding your portion of the contract.

    No, batshit crazy libertarians and anarchists call that tyranny. Sane, honest and normal people call it civic responsibility.

    you have consented, as you remain a US citizen, inside US borders, and continue to earn an income, thus paying taxes. Sorry.

    A contract huh? Who's the buyer? Who's the seller? What do they each offer as consideration?

    I have no obligation to keep answering the same question over and over. you've been shown to be completely incorrect, and you know that.
