The first time I met Sonny was at his home in Oakland. Actually it was at his garage where a bunch of Angels were working on their bikes.

It was right after I got out of the Corps (71) One Angle who stuck out was this Angel named "Tiny" who wasn't so tiny but really huge.

Something about Oakland during the 60's and early 70's, it was just in the air, a feeling. Nothing but bikers and Black Panthers.

And I bet, there are more females, a minority, than blacks. So you didn't eve call out the largest minority.

AA isn't a racial program.
AA is to help improve minority groups that have been held back by the system.
But it is getting close to a time when it can be paired back or eliminated. But not just yet. They system is still gamed, slightly, against minorities.

But there are programs to avoid hiring men. No problem though since men can do other things. Far too many in tech. They can go empty trash or something.

The system is gamed for the most qualified and men are the most qualified in careers they dominate. Women are a few decades late to the party when it comes to tech. No reason they should be fast tracked just to even the numbers. It’s pure bigotry.
