If campaign money was not used, then it is not a fricking crime to pay someone money.

    Try to keep up!

So, Cohen is pleading guilty for nothing?

    Nothing?

The list of crimes Cohen supposedly committed is there for all to see.

Tough to claim it was legal when the guy who made it happen, admits it wasn’t.
And a violation is a crime, but conspiracy to violate...

Why would he plead guilty to campaign finance violations of which he isn't really guilty?

Trump's guilty by association, and you know it. This alone compels you to deny the crime.

Probably the best day in the country since 12/1/17, when Mike Flynn did his perp walk into court... And it doesn't have a single thing to do with Bob Mueller either...

You know the other thing I'd like to see at some point from Cohen?? Yeah, I went to Prague...

He was coerced, per his bank fraud, and tax charges.

It was nothing more than political posturing by the New York leftists.

Porn Star Payment Likely Not Illegal, Says Former FEC Chairman
Brad Smith said there are 'many things that can influence' election outcome without breaking federal campaign laws

“And it really doesn’t matter whether Cohen paid or Trump paid it or Trump reimbursed Cohen. If it’s not a campaign expenditure, it’s not going to be covered by campaign finance laws,” said Smith (pictured above on far right).

    Flynn's plea under review.

Please cite the RUSSIAN COLLUSION/ELECTION ramifications of Cohen's plea.

The law is the law, and FEC determines campaign finance law, not the DOJ.

You need to lookup that term. The payments were campaign expenditures.

It has everything to do with Cohen's plea in regard to the campaign finance issues.

You need to read what the former FEC chief says about it.

The DOJ DOES NOT DETERMINE Campaign Finance law.

Sure he’s a criminal, but the penalty is just a fine.
    Trumps new 2020 slogan?

No the prosecutor point blank said he paid for them out of his pocket and that Cohen got somebody else to pay for and they saw that as a campaign contribution. He then billed the Trump organization as services rendered. Look Cohen was a fixer that did some shady financials deals and got busted. He paid a couple girls to keep them quite during the campaign, shocker. None of this has anything to do with Russia everybody gets its and it's pure and simple the Dems attempt to change the outcome of the election. Could it be a campaign violation by cohen maybe maybe not it's going to be really hard to pin that on Trump.

    Of course he is.

And that has nothing to do with you making the fake claim Trump's name was only mentioned by Trump supporters in this thread when its in the title. Keep digging that hole. :)
