It looked inconclusive to me but someone such as you who doesn't recognize that the US government is an imperialist power that manufactures torture instuments and trains torturers is just going to see what he wants to see.

There's enough clear proof that the US government did it.

    Explosives Technician - Loader - AE911Truth.org

If a few mistakes were made in some studies, they were minor and don't make the rest of the proof go away.

Anyway, your tap dancing around the issue of the US government's being an imperialist power makes you unfit to debate this issue. Your attitude doesn't fit the situation.

You sure took a long time to say that. Anyway, knowing that, does the idea that the government will kill witnesses and whistle-blowers sound strange to you?
    http://www.politicalforum.com/index.php?threads/the-pentagon-on-9-11.482175/page-73#post-1069719148

Does the idea that the US government would want to get control of Afghanistan to get its lithium or Iraq and Libya to get their oil sound like a realistic scenario to you?

    Hey Gamolon..

I still want to hear your opinion on this.

Hey Shiner did you read in the NIST reports where NIST was caught peddling bogus information? Did you also see in the 9/11 Commission Report where the report is based on 3rd party torture testimony and lies? Those are OFFICIAL reports that form almost the entirety of the official 9/11 narrative and taken as fact by the US government. The New Pearl Harbor video was based on information known at the time it was produced and is not based on any official investigation or used by any entity as pretext to commit genocide and other human rights atrocities unlike the official reports. So why is it you're more concerned about something that's mostly inconsequential (for now) over something that has lethal consequences for hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women and children?

    1. It doesn't matter why, what matters is that they did torture him and many others in violation of the Constitution and many international treaties the US government is a signatory to. Some of the detainees they did torture were eventually released without charges.

    2. They used 3rd party torture testimony for a large portion of the 9/11 Commission Report and 25% of the footnotes in the report are based on torture testimony.

    3. Key information used in the 9/11 Commission Report was taken 3rd party from a written "confession" from a tortured detainee who was not allowed to read what he signed.

    4. The Senate Intelligence Committee report on CIA torture claims that the CIA's torture methods yielded NO USEFUL INTELLIGENCE.

    5. The CIA destroyed the torture tapes despite a court order to preserve them before any other investigative body was able to review them.

    6. The CIA lied to the 9/11 Commission when they told them they gave them everything they asked for but never told them about the torture tapes.

Do you understand how out of touch YOU are? Do you also understand that what you're posting has nothing to do with the facts? In other words it's a deliberate red herring designed to change the subject.

Do you understand that every single one of the 6 items posted above is FACT and not one of these is theory? Do you also understand your "pain" is sheer drivel that has nothing to do with the facts? If there's anything "painful" here it's all your posts on the subject of 9/11.

Do you understand that your point is irrelevant, doesn't change the facts and is yet another red herring?

Do you understand that the above insult is a violation of the rules of the forum? It has nothing to do with the discussion at hand and is yet another red herring.

Do you also understand that you failed to answer my question? I'll ask it again to see if you actually have the stones to answer it and have any intention to post anything on this subject like an intelligent adult. My guess based on this and all your other posts is no.

The other side of guess those silver bullets go without saying since claiming self defense for immaculate drug conceptions in order to license lynching enforcement self incriminations for baptizing eyes by urinations in that more perfect union Islam Christiananality pedophilia business tradition where a supreme swastika up Uranus court needs to follow federal sedition tradition in confirming yet another sexual assault justice. Seems one cannot worship what doesn't exist in taking any roads to D.C. anymore.

They tortured him because they ENJOY torturing people. Who said they needed to? Bush and Rummy incorporated torture into the US repertoire with the help of John Yoo, presently teaching law at Stanford.

They tortured him and others because they wanted to.

IMO they tortured all these detainees strictly for the purpose of creating/supporting the official 9/11 narrative and their agenda.

It's possible, they are definitely responsible for these and many other war crimes and crimes against humanity. I do know based on the facts that Rumsfeld is fully responsible for the Abu Ghraib torture program. And you can't ignore Cheney's complicity or Condo Rice either. According the Nuremburg Principles, the entire Bush administration and many others (especially those in the military and private Blackwater contractors) should be tried for these war crimes. George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee and John Yoo were tried and convicted of war crimes in absentia by a Malaysian court.

For me it's irrelevant whether they enjoyed it or not. What is relevant is that these tortures were committed and condoned by the Bush administration and most likely under their direction for the purpose of creating and/or supporting the official 9/11. What is relevant is that these are war crimes and that these crimes have never been prosecuted in any American court of law in violation of the Constitution and international law.

There is nothing "delusional" about any of this. It is well known and documented that the Bush administration, perhaps Bush himself enlisted John Yoo to find a creative way to justify the "legality" of torture. What is delusional is the state of mind of one who might believe none of this is true and/or that any kind of torture is legal or has any sort of benefit. What is reprehensible is the poster who finds it more important to disdain and ridicules the opinions of other posters who believe and know these are war crimes that require prosecution rather than demand that the perpetrators of these war crimes be prosecuted.

Agreed, completely. Keep in mind, though it was barely covered in the MSM, Bush & Co were convicted in absentia for war crimes, in Malaysia in 2012. US law professor Francis Boyle was the prosecutor.

    https://www.esquire.com/news-politics/politics/news/a35397/bush-cheney-war-crimes/

In this article Esquire admits it did not find out until years later. Facts like that get no coverage in our presstitute media.

nonsense Bob ... you don't know what kind of info they were trying to extract ... you're just making **** up to further your narrative ...

so why would they need to torture (yes I do believe it was torture) KSM if it was all an inside job? ... just to make the conspiracy look good? ... nonsensical ...

I don't have a "narrative". But you're absolutely right I don't know what info they were trying to extract because I wasn't there, neither were you. What I do know is that when a person is being tortured, he/she will say anything the torturer wants him/her to say. And what I also know is that the "info" extracted from all the detainees via torture was used to create a good portion of the 9/11 Commission Report, which is the Official 9/11 narrative, not mine. If you really don't know this you're either FOS or you keep deliberately ignoring the facts and reality.

It doesn't matter what you or I believe, what matters is what happened. You claim you believe it was torture but you seem a hell of lot more concerned with me than the fact that the US government used torture testimony to invent the 9/11 Commission Report and don't seem one bit concerned that such a critical "investigation" resulted in useless information (according to the Senate Intelligence Committee report on torture and according to all known and respected studies on torture). Chapters 5 and 7 in the 9/11 Commission Report which are based entirely on torture testimony contain a disclaimer (see Page 146). Yet you buy this disgusting garbage as if it's fact and defend/promote it daily in this forum. Although you admit it was torture, I find it reprehensible that you fail to condemn these barbaric and savage crimes against humanity.

Yeah, 137 of them on the lawn, and around the biggest office building in the world, during working hours.

Actually there were thousands, they just documented 137, overkill anyways.

No I accurately described it as INVENT because that's what was done by the 9/11 Commission, they invented the 9/11 Commission Report.

And you failed to address anything I posted. You also keep mentioning this mysterious pachyderm in the room but never explain what you think that is.
