Most abortions are in the first trimester when fetuses are just pieces of tissue? What is so wrong with killing pieces of tissue as a measure to reduce overpopulation and misery for humans? China has an even more dire situation. China is heavily over-populated to the point that many people have to win a government lottery to buy a car and are allowed to drive only on certain days because of the incredibly bad traffic. It doesn't seem possible for them to be able to have great livings standards for their entire population because there just isn't enough road space, meat, and gasoline for everyone so as a result only some see a bit of wealth. They have 1,379,000,000 squeezed into 1/2 of their land area near the coast. That is about 766 people per square mile. That would be like if we squeezed the entire US into the area the size of the West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada). China has had 366 million abortions and without these abortions they would have 1,745,000,000 people. A very big problem. Its India's overpopulation and population explosion thats preventing it from giving a higher standards of living to most of its people because for as many people move up to the middle class, even more every year are born to the hundreds of millions of poor.
It is your post which - yet again - is an emotionally laden rant that does nothing but make unsupported accusations, that does not hold up to scrutiny. It is no secret that the religious right is anti abortion. It is also no secret that you have never been able to come up with a legitimate argument or explanation that shows that your "zygote is a child" claim is true. And you know it
A child in utero at any stage of development has human rights according to the Unborn Victims of Violence Act!!! A Federal law!
TFM- Whoo hoo he is coming unhinged now. Science supports that every human being begins life as a zygote. It is a myth that science is on you pro abortion folks’ side.
Federal laws give people rights? LOL, try again. John Locke would be rolling in his grave if he heard that from you right now.
Now you are so scared that you try to hide by not quoting me in your responses. Making nonsense claims with no support is not proof of much. The fact of the matter is that there are 5 Scientific perspectives on "when human life begins" - Metabolic, Genetic, Ecological, Neurological, Embryological. Only one of these perspectives puts the start of "human life" at the zygote - and this perspective has fallen out of favor among scientists. Now - saying that "Human life begins" is different than saying a living human exists at that point - which makes your claim even more preposterous nonsense that is demonstrably false.
It does when you realize the only reason an exception is included is because abortion is a violent killing of a child in utero. No need for an exception otherwise
Oh really! Give us the details...HOW is he going to do that ??? I'll be waiting for the "Big Plan" …. And I'm still waiting
I never claimed a human and a human being were different. As usual, not having a coherent rebuttal to the facts given in my post, you wander into strawman fallacy la la land - accusing me of things I did not say nor infer so you have something to attack. Cute
So a bunch of politicians correctly recognized what the true rights were and made it law. Can you prove that?
Nooooooo The real reason is to protect women and health practitioners who have no choice but to terminate a pregnancy to save a woman's life
I REALLY don't get the continued OBSESSION with the abortion thing. Firstly, I was literally in diapers when Roe was decided, and I'm pushing "old" now. Secondly, there is a direct correlation between that decision and when crime rates overall started to plummet because the otherwise unwanted (and abused) kids would likely turn to violence and crime, but instead were aborted. It's a waste of oxygen to debate. It's not going to change.
Oh, another man, gleefully looking forward to death of women, secure in his knowledge that it can never happen to himself! What a brave champion for human rights!
