    So, another day, and a new crisis event in our nation....Watching the news these days almost assuredly makes one think what crisis will we watch today...These people were just going to worship, didn't deserve this....Ongoing event...

    Sad, zero need to target or hurt fellow citizens if this is proven to be a hate crime.

    The dead don't care about the designation of Hate Crime. Whoever did it gets the death penalty, period, and a swift execution afterwards regardless of reasons. Who could possibly argue with that?

    I am going to blow a gasket if this is yet another case where the guy was known to the authorities but they either didn't do anything or just gave him a slap on the wrist. At this point I think judges and juries should be held civilly liable for any damages that might occur from light sentencing. THROW THESE ****ING MOTHER ****ERS IN PRISON FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. No more ****ing plea deals, no more ****ing light sentencing because you are worried about room. Just ****ing release the nonviolent offendors, NOT THE VIOLENT ONES YOU ********* IN CALIFORNIA, and you will have more room.

    Correct, but then again they aren't usually that difficult to identify in cases such as this since either they kill themselves on the scene or are killed in the act by a responder or actually get captured alive with the smoking weapon still in hand.

    Can't agree. This type of hate has been in our country far before Obama's term. Usually, law enforcement tries to intercept these things though, but every once in a while, people with certain motives slip through the cracks.

    I am skeptical about reports about vandalism, murders. etc. of Jewish facilities and Synagogues because there is a history of Jews committing these acts themselves to gain sympathy with the added benefit of unbridled support for Israel.

    I'll give you kudos, At least you waited until post #18 to go after the guns...But, to that, take who's guns away? We don't know anything about this guy, or if he owned these guns legally or not....

    In fact, all we know is that some have said that he walked in and said "All Jews must die..." then opened fire.....So, who's guns you want to take? Mine? I had nothing to do with it....
