“We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them,” Lemon said to fellow CNN anchor Chris Cuomo during a segment Monday night.

“There is no travel ban on them,” Lemon continued. “There is no ban on ― you know, they had the Muslim ban. There is no white guy ban.”

Lemon was referring to three incidents of violence last week: Gregory Alan Bush is accused of killing two black people at a grocery store, Cesar Sayoc is charged with sending pipe bombs to several of the president’s challengers, and Robert Bowers is accused of walking into a Pittsburgh synagogue and fatally shot 11 people after screaming, “All Jews must die!”

Two of the three perpetrators are white; Sayoc reportedly looked up to white supremacists and said he wished “to go back to the Hitler days.”

In context, he was referring to recent evens of the last week or so.

But it's out of line to throw in all white people.
But it's also out of line to throw in all muslims. I've seen many do that. Have you condemned those who do that?

You can say "all Muslims'', but Lemon is supposed to be a professional journalist, or commentator, and should know there was never any "Muslim ban".

That's just another reason why CNN is often rightly accused of spreading 'Fake News'. He says it, you repeat it, and soon it's accepted as truth. Bad idea to quote anything CNN might say.

 

We have a prez, who tried to ban all muslims. But was limitied by the constitution, but would, with the R's blessing, banned all muslims.
As I've said to others recently, CNN is a 24/7 reality tv station, like fox and other so called 24/7 news, er reality tv channels.

 

I would always stand against someone who condemns all Muslims. Not sure who has done that. I would obviously condemn a religion that espouses violence and has caused havoc around the globe. I have no problem condemning the vile words of Lemon and the disgusting station that stands behind him.

 

False trump never tried to ban all muslims. At no time were any of his travel bans did they include all muslims.
