Exactly, it lacks the capacity to investigate the non-physcial world, yet atheists keep asking for scientific evidence of the non-material.
LOLOL In the non physical world, my herd of unicorns in my back yard, crap non-physical, invisible 20 dollar bills. and you cannot prove they don't.
Actually "Atheists" are simply asking you to prove your assertions as often takes place in debate forums. If you cannot you lose the debate...that's how these places work.
Yes, except let's be honest. There is little actual "debate" that goes on here.... -so little as to make it almost impossible to find.
There is no "supremeness". Some people are better at things than others, and some animals are more suited to their habitat than others, but the idea of "supreamness" is a human creation and does not actually exist. Humans are limited in our attainment of knowledge. We cannot know everything and that's ok. Because humans being able to comprehend the infinite or not has no bearing on whether there is a god or not.
There's no legitimate and logical reason to believe in unicorns. The universe however necessitates a First Cause. Atheists really need to drop the inane comparisons between God and fantastical creatures. Until then, they can't be taken seriously.
Actually they don't, and are a perfect example. You claim a magic man in the clouds. Do you have any idea how insane that is.
I do, which is why I don't believe in a "magic man in the clouds." Atheists need to equate God with fantastical creations of man; indeed, it serves as a defense mechanism against taking God seriously.
Hardly a defense mechanism. God is portrayed as a Human, a creature, a spirit, lots of different things, and they are all magical.
Is the constitution not the supreme law of the United States? Is the general manager of an enterprise not the supreme decision maker? Is man not the supreme mammal given his faculty of reason? Why can't we know everything? If the universe is finite, then all potential knowledge of the universe can eventually be obtained, regardless of how long it takes. It certainly has a bearing on whether or not God can be scrutinzed by the science of man.
Everyone is different, just like all religions are different. However your portrayal, is just as valid as theirs.
Why is the Constitution the supreme law of the U.S.? Because we said so. Why is a general manager the supreme decision maker? Because that is what we chose. Again, "supremeness" is a human invention. Also, humans are not the supreme mammal. There is no supreme mammal. To store all the information in the universe would require a brain the size of the universe. Basic logic. A god that cannot be perceived by any of our senses and leaves no evidence of its existence is no different than a god that doesn't exist.
That's like saying there is no reason to believe in horses. I suppose there are no Rinos or Narwhales
