Each person as his or her personal limits, for his or her own reasons. It's irrelevant if they make sense to you or not. I know there are men and women both who have the same limit when it comes to straight sex, and women who have that limit with gay sex.

I have engaged in anal sex with my wives, in both ways. So the thought of anal sex in and of itself is of no repulsion to me. Again, as for any specific guy, a lot would depend upon the individual as well as what motivation I'd have. There are women out there that I would touch with a 10 meter cattle prod, despite being straight.

You are trying to apply an objective status to a subjective quality. Whether something is perverse or not is completely subjective. And yes, lesbians can and do engage in anal sex between each other, with the use of dildo.and other similar aids. The very last thing I could imagine as enjoyable is jumping out of a perfectly good airplane at 15,000 feet, and yet there are plenty of people who enjoy skydiving. I know a guy who doesn't care for rollercoasters. He doesn't fear them, but neither does he get any enjoyment out of ridding them. He only rides them because his woman really enjoys ridding them. He'd also probably ride them with his kids if he ever had any. Hell, I fear rollercoasters, and I still get on them with my kids (well did when they were younger and living with us), just because they want me to ride with them. Just because a person doesn't want or enjoy an activity doesn't mean they are not willing to do it for the right motivation. Homosexuality was added to the DSM-II (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) due to political pressure and religious influence - not because of medical evidence as it did not and still does not fit the narrow definition of a mental illness. It was removed less than five years later after being challenged due to the APA not wanting their entire methodology to become discredited as a non-scientific religious instrument.
