I personally think we should pull all of our troops back from all over the world and put them on our borders with shoot to kill orders. Then we will not need a wall, just morticians. I'm somewhat doubtful as to your source but if it's true, I think it's wonderful, it means he's a humanitarian with a soul. His objective is to assist migrants, refugees and others struggling within their communities worldwide to improve their economic and social status. The only way to stave off the immigration from impoverished countries is to improve the lives of those that live there.
