I'm over in another thread arguing with some liberals who are claiming the disabled in other countries have just as much right as the disabled in the U.S.

bush tax cuts for the rich, and discounted tax on non-labored income and trump is promising more huge tax cuts for the rich (but dems took over the house, so you might not get those)

 

should of added strings into the tax cuts so that only companies that did not outsource American jobs would get the extra tax cut, a reward for hiring Americans

if the corp used foreign labor, they already got their saving in labor costs, no tax cuts for them

Hey if one wants to come here and suck up benefits, don't bother stay down in South America where such trash belongs.

 

They are not refugee's, if they cross the border they are criminals, and if they have children they get separated just like American criminals with children.

We treat them all the same, only this time it's an invasion so they are going to get a little rougher treatment as they should.

 

Last I checked we don't take away people's children for misdemeanors, unless the last cop who gave you a speeding ticket also took your kid..

When someone is placed into custody they are separated from their children, would you prefer the children be placed in the general population with other adult criminals?

I'm not sure if you are forgetting what was happening here, but no, the kid wasn't being ripped from his mother here. His mother was dead. He was being forcibly returned to his father.

 

I'm not forgetting what happened just reminding folks ripping kids from adults away from adults sometimes at gun point has been a long standing U.S. policy, not something Trump just thought up.

 

You are comparing returning a child to the custody of their parent to removing a child from the custody of their parent -- two entirely opposite things.

 

Nope, removing a child from an adult by force, be it a parent or someone else, is traumatic as far as the child is concerned.

This is why adults need to understand, if the break the law, their actions will have a traumatic effect on their children and they should think twice before breaking laws in the U.S.

 

Pretending that all child separation is the same is just silly, and we don't typically separate children from their parents for misdemeanors.
