Right, because YOU DID give an answer to my question? The question again, if you are even REMOTELY capable of answering! How late in the term do you think women should have the right to choose?

Sorry, it just is stupid to pass a law (the process of passing laws is paid for by taxpayers, (duh) ) that has no purpose and allows the perpetrators ( women who have abortions) to go free.

You are saying : ""I think the person who steals your car should go free....

it's your fault for owning a car....and my opinion of who is or isn't a criminal should rule over all law"

I don't. I'm giving you the opportunity to explain in your words. Are you unable to do so?

Oh, baloney...YOU just don't know if you have to ask...

    Are YOU unable to explain?

I have posted numerous times that having the right to your own body taken away is slavery.
It is on YOU to comprehend this simple statement....I cannot, obviously, make you comprehend it.

Let's hear YOUR version ….it'll be hilarious I'm sure since you haven't shown any knowledge so far of what constitutes slavery.

….looks like you are unable to do so ;)

Why didn't slaves refuse to obey their masters? If they wanted to, they COULD have refused to obey them, right? They didn't because they knew that they would be beaten. Now, a religious baker who isn't comfortable with baking wedding cakes for same sex weddings - why would they not just refuse to obey the state and simply refuse to bake the cake?

Right, so Congress people wouldn't be getting paid their salaries regardless? Or you think that they would get some sort of bonus for passing laws?

DUH, of course they would...but the time they were paid for would be wasted....

I am sorry you can't tell the difference between productive meaningful legislation and wasting taxpayer's money fighting to pass legislation that only cost taxpayer's money and has no real effect or meaning...

Now address the REST of the post you quoted : """ that has no purpose and allows the perpetrators ( women who have abortions) to go free."""

Because they are running a business and laws, good laws , prevent asshats like him from discriminating :)

That has NOTHING to do with slavery ....slaves had to obey/be beaten/raped/murdered/bred/bought and sold because they had NO RIGHT TO THEIR OWN BODIES.

They had to obey because they had NO right to do anything else....NOT because they were beaten.

I KNOW you won't get that...

Here's what you are trying to ignore:

""Let's hear YOUR version of slavery ….it'll be hilarious I'm sure since you haven't shown any knowledge so far of what constitutes slavery."""

OH YA "being beaten for not obeying"....HILARIOUSLY INADEQUATE...

WHY make abortion illegal if the perpetrators are not charged and punished?

Just to waste taxpayer's money getting abortion banned for no reason??? WTF....why can't you answer that?????

Did you see this ;) ?

WHY would you allow women to get away with murder?

What would be the POINT of making abortion illegal ?

I've asked that before and NEVER got an answer.

What if there was a law that said that everyone who walks into a shop must be served and the business owner refused service to a guy because he knows that the guy cheats on his wife. The guy makes a complaint and the business owner is now forced to serve the guy. Would you at least consider this to be involuntary servitude?

NO, I didn't miss a reply of yours, there wasn't one to answer the following questions.

You never answered these questions, you just continually say you did :

OR conspiracy to commit murder or accessory to murder! ??

Answers like that (actually, AS USUAL, a question NOT an answer) are why I have a hard time taking you seriously...…

you make it appear you don't know this is the Abortion forum and we're discussing abortion...:)

I have already made my challenge clear. You have not been able to defend your position or explain how you would enforce it.

Your argument is that it would need to be PERFECTLY enforced in order for there to be any point in making it illegal. That is a nonsensical argument.

Right, so then the fact that, as you said, "the process of passing laws is paid for by taxpayers" isn't an argument against passing any law, regardless of how stupid you think a law may be.

Why should I answer those if you can't even say how late in the term you think women should have the right to choose? I will answer anyway, just to show the difference between your ability to answer questions and mine! I wouldn't consider it to be conspiracy to commit murder or accessory to murder and therefore I wouldn't consider the woman to be a perpetrator.

even though you said it was....

:) Sorry that just won't work unless you can prove women who had abortions were forced to have them....otherwise it's impossible to separate a woman from her own abortion....it's either against the law or it isn't.

If you think an abortion is wrong why would you want women free to have them without consequences???,,,....that just doesn't make sense...

You: "" I wouldn't consider it to be conspiracy to commit murder or accessory to murder""""

:roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol: Luckily you have nothing to do with laws....

No, what you're doing is what so many Anti-Choicers are trying to do, steer the conversation away from attacking, suspecting, charging , investigating, jailing for life, women by portraying them as helpless victims who were forced to participate and how "KIND" they are to not want to prosecute women even though they call them "murderers"

    ...

They don't want people to notice the real, the ugly, the actual side of banning abortion..

You misunderstood. I was saying that accessory to murder or conspiracy to commit murder is the only POSSIBLE thing that a woman could be charged with for having an illegal abortion. I find it hilarious that you accuse me of not answering questions, when for the millionth time you have avoided answering mine! :roflol:

Please quote where I made that argument. Instead of attacking the position you invented, why not just answer the question?
