I already told you how I would enforce the laws, in this post: http://www.politicalforum.com/index...bortion-debate.538967/page-80#post-1069915533

I would enforce the laws in the same way that they were enforced before abortion was legal except I wouldn't
make it illegal for the women. Now, are you saying that it wouldn't be able to be at least PARTIALLY enforceable?

What if there was a law that said that everyone who walks into a shop must be served and the business owner refused service to a guy because he knows that the guy cheats on his wife. The guy makes a complaint and the business owner is now forced to serve the guy. Would you at least consider this to be involuntary servitude?

AGAIN: Why make it illegal IF there is no intention of prosecuting the perpetrators.?

Can't get much more ASSinine than that......I know, since it's common sense, you'll not be able to answer...….

No, you need an excuse when you can't address posts so I think you really don't want me to answer your meaningless question.....

So you would enforce the law by making it a law? I will stop asking. I can't expect you to describe how you would achieve a goal when you can't even define the goal in the first place.

How can we have a discussion about a woman's right to choose unless we discuss to what extent that choice should apply?

AGAIN, when did I propose not prosecuting ANY of the 'perpetrators?'

:) You just can't say why you want women to be able to commit a crime without punishment , can you?

    :)

    I've explained why....

BUT YOU have NEVER explained why you want abortion illegal but don't want the perpetrators prosecuted.

NOW you're hiding behind your silly quibble """when did I propose not prosecuting ANY of the 'perpetrators?'"""""

Here is where you say you wouldn't make it illegal for the women.

    Who else has abortions?

And here we are back at the start of the circle you have been running around in the entire thread. The question was how such a goal could be achieved.

By stopping it from being so easy to get an abortion. That would be the idea.

I have. It would be insanely cruel to make it a crime and send the woman to prison.

You explained why you want women to be able to commit a crime without punishment? What are you talking about? You don't believe that its a crime!

Again, you are using the PLURAL, "perpetrators." I have NOT ONCE said that everyone should be able to avoid prosecution!

    EASY!

Women have a right to their own body....the end.

Everyone else has a right to their own body without defining to what extent..

So you are PRO-CHOICE! You do NOT want abortion to be a crime!

You sure don't talk like it!

Your last four sentences are just you quibbling over an "s" to hide from actually standing behind what you posted :)

You DID say you did not want women charged...

You cannot stop it from being easy. I asked several times and you could not think of a single idea that would have any effect.

How would removing it from the health system NOT make it more difficult to get an abortion?

For the LAST TIME, abortion is not performed in Hospitals so is not a part of this "System" you have not bothered to explain. There is a reason for the term "Abortion Clinic".

I would again ask you to explain this system but know you will not do so, probably by asking me some distraction question instead.

For the LAST TIME, an abortion clinics is a health entity/health provider/health service under the health system!
I can't quite believe that you have to be told what a health system is, but see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_system

Thanks...so you think abortion should be removed from professional care and oversight, why should this be done and what happens to the women who want it anyway....do we then designate special alleys?

    Health system
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jump to navigation Jump to search
A health system, also sometimes referred to as health care system or as healthcare system, is the organization of people, institutions, and resources that deliver health care services to meet the health needs of target populations.

There is a wide variety of health systems around the world, with as many histories and organizational structures as there are nations. Implicitly, nations must design and develop health systems in accordance with their needs and resources, although common elements in virtually all health systems are primary healthcare and public health measures.[1] In some countries, health system planning is distributed among market participants. In others, there is a concerted effort among governments, trade unions, charities, religious organizations, or other co-ordinated bodies to deliver planned health care services targeted to the populations they serve. However, health care planning has been described as often evolutionary rather than revolutionary.[2][3] "
