Because you do business with an agency that has a set of policies to follow.
If you don't like the policies, you are FREE to not do business with said agency. Stop whining about it.

Why would a boss hire a woman with “affirmative action” skills, (whatever that is] when there are totally competent women. You don’t even realize you’re sexist and thank goodness for you because you keep me in business. What makes you think these women didn’t have to compete?
Just curious did you think those boys who went to Harvard and Yale and Princeton were not competent because they had male affirmative action? Were they really dumb or very bright but just didn’t have to compete with half the population?

I am confused. Are you saying that your boss will not hire any males ?

As is so very typical of the Democrats they begin and end arguments using name calling.

Too bad it blocks actual dialogue.

I.am Trying to figure out how I began and ended with name calling...pointing out sexism is not calling names ,.what I find interesting is you worship a man who name calls over and over but that’s cool...he is a perfect role model.
By the way , typical of a republican,,,,attack the messenger so you don’t have to have an actual dialogue about the message
Ps it’s funny how you cloak yourself in self righteous indignation about name calling and then insult me as a democrat. No wonder trump loves his base

If government offers something to one type of people, it has responsibility provide the same rights for other types of people.
The U.S. Constitution is pretty clear on that matter.

The constitution denied women and African-Americans equal rights for generations. How do you propose the leveling the playing field?

That has been fixed long time ago. NO ONE has denied YOU anything.
You are making a lame excuse to justify your special unearned, unconstitutional privileges.

The discrimination is written in the Affirmative Action law.
The law forces discrimination of white males.
Either you are naive or mistaken.

Maybe you can show exactly where it forces discrimination against white males? I don't actually believe what you post.

So how do you level the playing field? What about the hundreds of years of white male privilege a.k.a. affirmative-action? It’s hard to break the networking that has been established for hundreds of years

Show me where that says to discriminate against white males. Where are white males denied privileges?

Women were denied equal rights until about 40 years ago. It’s hard to catch up after hundreds of years of white male privilege

I am very well acquainted with the laws. And when they were allowed, it was suddenly, not gradually. A right women once did not have was to earn a living and get 100 percent credit for the income. It was allowed up to the monthly bills there by contract. That changed so now all of her income counts. ( married women)

Lol...a woman didn’t ha e the opportunities to make a good living ..with men earning the money, women became dependent and were often trapped in a marriage. At one point women were not allowed to initiate a divorce only men could. We all know that women were not paid equal pay for comparable work, we also know women were denied admission to the top networking universities etc
Why is it a stigma when women make more than their husbands? Why is it a stigma with men choose to be homemakers? Why is it that women’s work is not respected

You conveniently forget, that men were also denied equal rights.
Men had to go to war or die prematurely from the hard labor.

    This is unsubstantiated conspiracy theory.
There is no networking, and no one has established network of men.

If government provides special privileges to women and African American, that means that men of European descent are EXCLUDED.

Lol...No. The real problem exists only in the frightened minds of insecure misogynists. Stop projecting.
