Why is it that you feel need to attack me over a post about what the law is. I don't care if it Trump, Hillary, or Obama. The law doesn't change. I am not defending anyone. I am only stating what the findings of the court is and how it pertains to Trump in this situation.
Relax dude. I promise if you just stick to the conversation without the attacks, Your opinion well be well received.

Your talking about trump “cheating to win” because he paid someone to keep quiet about an affair? You voted for Clinton for goodness sake...a person who had an arrangement with CNN to get funneled debate questions in advance...

The "Counter Report" will probably be something like those "Write your own Kiddie Book/Fill in the blank" things.

I just said it was cheating, not a violation of the law

Sounds like cheating to me. I knew there must be a reason those leaked questions were the only ones she sounded coherent on.

Don't forget her cheating against Bernie Sanders. That didn't undermine our democracy? The funny thing is, IMHO had Sanders won the nomination he might have beaten Trump, as much as that makes me puke.

Yep the law doesn't change. I am no lawyer nor judge. I leave that to the professionals and a bunch of them determined that based on the evidence, Cohen ACTED in cooperation with and at the direction of Trump. So Cohen broke the law under orders and the the guy giving the orders is just as guilty of the crime.

Its like a mob boss ordering a hit on somebody. He's just as guilty as the shooter.

All POTUS campaigns violate campaign finance laws, including Obama. The DOJ doesn't even prosecute all these violations, so this is hardly an impeachable offense.

Does it bother you Obama had a hand in the illegal unmasking, and probably in the IRS scandal also?

whataboutery is your defense? Oh cheating is okay, hush money payoffs are okay, committing crimes is okay, committing fraud is okay because ... CLINTON!!!!!

NEWSFRIGGIN FLASH. Clinton never was the president! She was a loser. AS president trump and his behavior should be compared to other presidents, not campaign losers. And man he's such a glowing example of American manhood and ideals, ain't he?

OMG. he gets caught in a sleazy hush the slut scheme and you want to whatabout obama? The difference is that process violations happen all the time and administrative errors are deemed not nearly as serious as direct attempt to protect a candidates campaign from extremely damaging tabloid sleaze about the candidate's conduct. That makes the entire effort part of the campaign, which makes any expenditure associated with it a direct expense to the benefit of the campaign. You figger it out.

Or how about the fact that both the NRA and the Trump Campaign had the very same media people (under different company names but same people, same office). Both the NRA and Trump spent tens of millions on coordinated, planned, media campaigns. Guess what that is illegal cheating too.

Lyin Cheatin' Donnie. Lowering the bar of greatness and how to get there in America every day.

This is absolutely hilarious. The "collusion" claim has lost steam so you hopefuls are moving to Cohen conspiracy.

    Desperation!

Most of the "proof" on that page is Twitter opines from media. Good grief, what a low quality article.

    collusion noun [ U ]
    UK /kəˈluː.ʒən/ US /kəˈluː.ʒən/ formal
agreement between people to act together secretly or illegally in order to deceive or cheat someone:

So SDNY just clearly stated that in fact trump is rather well versed at collusion and is "guilty" in at least the "secret" sense of the definition. He colluded with Cohen to deceive and cheat the american people during his presidential campaign. Too bad there ain't a crime called collusion.

The source is a British reporter who was given access to KGB archives which undoubtedly falcified by KGB to cause discourse in America and discredit an honorable 700 lb Democrat guerrilla. lol.

Nothing to do with whataboutery. It's more like the poster proved you a hypocrite as you showed that you really don"t care about the equal application of law.People who belong to a political party you support are allowed to commit crimes and you have no problem with it.

You wanna make it about equal justice? Well considering how many investigations into Clinton there has been and lo and behold not a single criminal charge being laid against her. And she is a civilian and hasn't held public office in 6 years.

So throw out the "you're a hypocrite" excuse for WTF is going on right now with lying cheatin' crooked donnie. Seems "dumb as a rock" is going around these days.
