Trump made it perfectly clear in his campaign that he was going to build a wall and Mexico was going to pay for it.

If he wants to build a wall, why doesn't he see if he still has any secretaries left in the White House and get one of them to send Mexico an invoice for X billion dollars?

Once he gets the check he can hand it over to the Treasury and use the money to build the wall. What's so complicated about that?

What he didn't say was that he was going to pass a tax cut that would benefit billionaires (like he claims to be) and then stiff the rest of the population who will barely benefit, or even come out worse off, and then pass the burden of building his ridiculous wall onto the backs of the already suffering American people.
