Good Ole Steve King is at it again.

Is anyone really surprised by this guy.

What does that say about the folks who keep reelecting this guy and folks wonder why black folks see the Republican Party as racist.

Tim Scott spoke up, but why haven't we heard from any other GOPers.

I agree, but what does it say about the folks that keep electing him. We have known for years that this guy is a racist and he doesn't hide it.

Oh, could it be because the media will not post the full context of his comments? Its like how you didn't do it either. Why no full quote of what he said?

Well by all means WJ5 post the full interview and show us how he didn't really mean what he said.

To be quite honest, at least he does not hide it. The fact that he is on choice committees is very disturbing. Marginalize him, call him out, until he is no longer there.

I don't know what the full interview was, I see that the uber leftist journalist seems to be able to quote 10 other people clearly and fully before even getting to a small snip of what King said. The only line in this article is
Where is the rest, what was he talking about? What was this in response to? Only those who can't formulate their own opinions get so heated by a 2nd hand sources opinion piece that has a definite political agenda. And then to say its indicative of the entire party when many in the GOP said they would vote for a punishment or don't support whatever King said is even more disingenuous. If King being elected with a remark that isn't any worse than being friendly with Louis Farrakahn is why blacks think ALL republicans are "racists", then is ALL of the democrats anti-sematic with their friendship with Louis and their recent elected anti-sematic congress people?

Steve King, one of the infamous "3 Stooges" of Congress, along with fellow stooges Louie Gohmert and, who can forget her, Michelle Bachmann. These idiotic bigots were quite a trio, traipsing around the world astonishing one & all with their batsh*t crazy antics and statements. I kinda miss Michelle, just for the looney tunes nonsense she spewed - it was quite comical....and dangerous. The GOP is Trump's party now, the GOP as we knew it no longer exists, which is why I don't expect the GOP to do anything about King. Nancy just might though.......;)

Maybe you can explain why groups organized around black ethnicity are OK, but not white ones?

Both scenarios can co-exist and neither negate the other. As a matter of fact, his election reinforced the fact that while his "voters" are solid, he is still unfit for office with his racial views. Basically, his racial views compel him to discriminate.

The same people who decry Steve King demand special rights for minorities, such as hate crime legislation and racial quotas.

From my observations, Rep. King needs a bigger office and a bigger desk.

Holy crap...look at all of those American patriotic flags.

Not one commie or anti American flag to be seen.

Exactly when did a military battle flag become a racist symbol ?

Your ignorance of Civil War history, the Confederacy and ‘racist symbols’ is duly noted......

The Confederate flag is obviously anti-American.

That American battle flag has proudly flown over every battlefield where American soldiers, Marines, sailors have fought since the Civil War.
