    They should and the country would be much better off. If people want to make choices that effect MY life, they should demonstrate they are capable of doing so in an informed manner. Just to be thorough about civics, let us review the definition:

    There is no such thing as welfare for the rich, they are the earners the welfare goes tot he leeches of society which you seem to support.

    When was the last time a leech on welfare created a business beyond dealing in illegal drugs, guy hired someone?
