Actually Americas immigration policies have been completely out if control since the Immigration Act of 1965.

We need to go back to pre 1965 when legal immigration was capped at around 250,000 per year.

Between 1800 to 1965 1/3 of the immigrants who came to America just didn't have the American pioneer spirit and got back on the boat and returned to their home country.
