Look at you with your preconceptions.

Reminds me of Pelosi, who issued a statement BEFORE he spoke.

He isn't grandstanding-what he suggested today was very fair and bipartisan.

Dems will reject it, without consideration as you have done.

    Absolutely.

Im thinking of starting a thread on budget nutritious foods that people on welfare can stock up on before their checks are cut off by Democrats.

Nancy issued a statement before Trump spoke?

That's like the FBI clearing Hillary before performing an investigation.

    I sense a pattern.

MSNBC is furious over Trump's speech.

How dare Trump speak directly to the American people! And on a Saturday!?! That Trump is pure evil!

This is usually about the time libs throw that put

I don't worship a 'strongman' and I don't think anyone worships any strong men here. The #resistance took its place before Trump signed a bill, the #resistance has prevented bills from going to his desk to begin with and the #resistance continues!

You can no longer, in any way call Republicans the "party of no". You've taken that mantle and gave it a new definition: Resistance.

That's what we get, the worst party in America continuing to show it's the party of slogans.

Agreed. And now more people are paying attention to the party of no.

It's hard to negotiate with a woman who seeks the destruction of the U.S. as we know it.

With her values, goals, and priorities, she sees no benefit in reaching any agreement.

I don't care what border agents think. A wall won't do anything when most illegals come by air and sea. The 30% who arrive by land will find other ways if a wall is built because traffickers are opportunists who will see to it.

From my point of view, Trump seeks to destroy the institutions and principles that define America.

Defending the U.S. from a foreign invasion is what being president is all about.

After her blunder today with issuing a rejection before Trump spoke-I wonder if dems regret making her speaker.

She is not fast on her feet.

    What are you talking about
Plenty of people build walls. It just isnt used against armies anymore

And trump isnt the only that likes walls
    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hungarian_border_barrier

    https://www.pri.org/stories/2012-12-17/greece-completes-border-wall-keep-out-immigrants
Despite no money they stil build a wall. Must be seen as very useful then id say

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/eu-border-wall-berlin-migration-human-rights-immigration-borders-a8624706.html?amp

Europe likes walls more then trump does and pretty much al of them are anti immigrant.

Spain got walls in his north african enclaves to
    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melilla_border_fence
Gues wat to keep immigrants out

All of us use walls. Democrats in the Us are the only ones complaining about them

Even the Uk got a wall between france and uk to keep wait for it.... Immigrants out of the tunnel and its recent to starting in 2016

And here i tought they used europe as a example in alot of things

Do we have to keep reminding the right that the majority of people don't want a wall. A larger number think the shutdown is Spanky's fault and an even larger percentage think we should give the Dreamers a path to citizenship. Why should the Dems go against the people?

Only in your head. Note that the delegation could very well have chartered a plane and that we would have cost the taxpayers a lot of money. Fiscal conservatives you are not.

Just how much do you think good stamps pay?

My 84 yo neighbor upstairs she careful juggles her allotment of food stamps is about $40 per week, and she is very careful.

Of course, in Republican World, when she buys her crack, heroin, and speed habits at the 50% loss Republicans claim to convert her food stamps to drugs, her wild dope parties just don't keep a senior high all month long anymore!
