Every campaign is divisive. As far as policy goes, I dont see Trump as any different than Obama. When it comes to PR, both have their low points, though Onama could sugar coat it better while Trump has to deal with a media that is only looking to forment divisiveness when they can blame it on Trump.

You seem triggered. Perhaps you are in need of some safe space. It seems you are anti corruption except when it’s your side committed such then you go on a raving rant about nonsense with deflections.

You are suggesting that " homosexuals and other misfits" vote in a particular way. Can you explain this?

You have to remember that the left does politics differently. They see political power as a means to an end, so it doesn't matter whether it's Russians colluding with Trump or complaining that Trump has small hands. Politics is merely a toolbox, and right now their only tool is propaganda.

Please ... for awhile, every other thread was Republican propaganda about Obama being a Muslim, beer-drinking, terrorist. Even McCain had to talk down a crazy right-wing lady at one of his rallies. How many Republicans see Trump as a means to get to the political goal of a conservative supreme court?
So sorry - roses do not grow from Republican asses any more than the Democrats on this one.

The birth certificate thing had me wondering. Not because I really cared, but I do know that you need a BC to get a passport. He's the frickin' President but couldn't ask the city hall over there to mail him a copy of his birth certificate? It took him months to finally get it. If it had been me in his shoes, I would have had the thing in two days tops.

The Muslim thing is perfectly natural considering where he lived, his Muslim father, and how he referred to his muslim faith.

My point is that those things were real concerns. Not just reasons to impeach the guy.

No. They were right-wing propaganda. And there you sit, eating it with two spoons. Still.
And given that trump was the Head Birther ... I really can't feel sorry for the guy - he set the stage for the whole "fake" news cycle. Blaming Ted Cruz's father for killing Kennedy. Lying to people about Mexico paying for the wall. Saying he was going to release his tax returns, then backing down. The guy has brought this all on himself because he is self-centered dick who can't stop lying.

I'm not suggesting any such thing. There would be no reason to, given that the political power they wield is far out of proportion to their numbers, and has a lot more with their influence in the media, and with their willingness to bring legal actions that in a sane court system would be summarily dismissed.

Now how about answering the question?

I find it hilarious that Trump supports would criticize anyone for bringing up law suits ... given the hundreds that Trump has filed.
And they have had some success in the courts after years of failures because they didn't give up and spent thousands of man-hours and millions of dollars to get their voices heard. You never had to go through that because your sexual persuasion was ALWAYS protected.

I didn't respond to your demand that I name a theocratic Senator and prove that he intends to turn America into a theocracy.
My response was to the second part of your post because it sounded homophobic.
You will probably say that you intended no such thing and that the fault is in the way I interpreted it.

    I don't know if that's entirely true.

I was so dumbfounded by the election of Trump, that anyone could possibly vote for someone that to me seemed like a complete fraud and buffoon, that it actually prompted me to try and understand where Trump supporters were coming from.

There aren’t very many “thinking” people. After all, Obama won two terms.

And that's what I criticize. One side has to have more responsibility than the other. Even though it's true that both sides have examples of irresponsible behavior, it's statistically impossible that they cancel out. So it's not possible to say that they both have "the same level of responsibility"

They are real concerns to you, because the were about a D.
Just like the D's are real concerned because tRUMP is a R.
No difference, just the other side of the coin. Odd you don't see it.

Funny how on another thread a right winger (who claims to be a moderate) projects his disdain for homosexuals by attributing homophobia to patriots rather than to fellow righties.

The problem is the garbage we are left to vote for. The last election was a perfect example...two garbage candidates. Trump and Clinton were the best we as a country could come up with? Really?

I don't agree. I believe the usual partisan divide was exacerbated by the election of OBama and the republican party becoming the "party of no". And of course Trump's campaign and subsequent win, has done nothing but add fuel to the fire.

I am not attempting to absolve democrats from responsibility in this regard, merely that, imho, they are less responsible. Not that it changes the actual situation.

There were other choices. Those are the two "the people" wanted.

Had they not shoved hilary down American voters throats, they'd have the WH and we'd not have the greatest liar and divider in the WH.

Well bully for you. Of course what the hell any of that has to do with anything I ever said will forever remain a mystery.
the courts have become increasingly infested with jurists who care nothing for justice.
Indeed, it would hardly behoove you to respond to a nonexistent demand; and neither would I expect you to respond to a challenge issued to a third party.

Your repeated evasion of the question directed at you is another matter.
Yeah, well seeing I find the pejorative utterly nonsensical...
    ...I wouldn't bother.
Indeed it is. You somehow imagined I was talking about their voting habits, as a diversion from the question you've been dodging from the start.
