South Africa - Why White People?

As a tourist to America I asked a woman why I see few "Afro Americans"
in Yosemite Park. She took the opportunity to give me her credentials -
degrees she has in issues relevant to my question. She then said there
are few Afro Americans in the park "because of racism."
I protested that I see many Indians, Pakistanis, Sri Lankans, Ethiopians,
Nigerians, Somalis, Puerto Ricans etc in the park. Are people identifying
Afro Americans and removing them?
No, Afro American "can't afford to go to the park." I protested that there's
a temporary $20 per car surcharge for visitors to pay for storm-damaged
roadworks. That is too much money for these people she replied.
I protested that I see many Afro Americans at Disney and Universal Studios
where the ticket price was $70.
I suggested one possible answer, "Culture?"
She changed the subject onto another pet hate - the Sierra Club.


There's a Big Problem here with uneducated perceptions and lack of critical
thinking and honesty when it comes to race. And lots of this mentality have
spread all over the world. American attitudes towards race infect Australian
politics now. I am not surprised if lots of South Africans are similarly effected.

What's your problem with NATO?

 

Are they in control of a subculture that is itself a product of the larger culture? Aren't we all a product of culture?

In Canada, a 35ish woman bared her breasts in public, was arrested, and finally won the legal right to go without covering her breasts as she walked down the street. Opponents said women would disrupt society by going topless. Didn't happen. Culture.

Did blacks develop this counter identity or is it part of a subculture defined by thr larger white culture?

 

And by whose standard is the IQ oriented?

Some ancient cultures like that of Japan saw what the West had to offer them
and grasped it. Soon other Asian cultures followed them.
Not so Africa. I understand that many South African blacks now see Mandela
himself as some kind of white patsy.
In the 1950's Africa received half the foreign aid of Asia. By the middle of this
Century it is estimated that Africa will be receiving 95% of all foreign aid.
We were asked to "help Africa" in the 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's
2010's and up to today. I won't do it anymore. I urge everyone not to give aid
to Africa.

BTW, saying that a woman going topless "won't disrupt society" reminds me
of the old saying that "the sky didn't fall" after people accepted no-fault divorce
and liberal attitudes towards marriage. No-one defined what sky falling actually
meant - today we accept that half of our kids come from broken homes and our
birth rate has collapsed.
Similarly we just accept declining education standards, drug abuse, pornography
etc as new norms. Few notice how subtly we began accepting Islam blasphemy
laws OVER OURSELVES after the Salman Rushdie incidence for instance.
Society is subtly being disrupted, and it's not going to help anyone.

Black leaders such as Ron Karenga believed Black People
should not mainstream but develop a more Black concept
of a Middle Class. Looks how well that worked out.
Ron helped invent Kwanzaa.

Black people were encouraged by their cultural leaders
not to mainstream instead to embrace their Blackness.

What part of that is incorrect.
California has had laws against housing discrimination since the sixties,
yet Black people in California prefer their ghettos.

Trayvon's family probably had 3-4 generations to get out of the ghetto.
Someone could have applied for an affirmative action post office job for example.

Look at the daughter of Nicole Brown Simpson and OJ. Her White grandparent
wanted to raise her but, the Black family were concerned about her embracing
her Blackness. Last I saw her she looked and spoke like Ghetto Trash.

I have proposed the solution of mainstreaming over and over.
It could be fostered via WorkFare in lieu of Welfare along with housing
dependent on getting along in a mixed n'hood.

The American way is Education to a better job. Better job to a better neighborhood.
Better neighborhood to better schools. To a Better Job and spiral up.
Latinos understand.
Asians understand.
Black people have yet to reach for their boot straps!

A lady I know emigrated to Australia in about 2014. Over a two month
period she had two carjackings and six or eight burglaries. I wouldn't
stay in the country like South Africa.

Well, there is evidence blacks aren't violent when they're participating as members of a subculture that isn't dominated by race. How do you explain that in terms of what you're putting forward?

 

I also met with a nice middle-class South African lady in Australia. The real problem is white poverty in South Africa. Millions of poor whites cannot emigrate simply because they don't have money.

The Whites are moving out, and the S. African government is furious with Australia because it consider the acceptance of 'white' Afrikaners as being racist - which of course it is, but why shouldn't nations want to maintain the standards they have by taking in people that are culturally similar?

They are looking at Russia since they are farmers, and it does have land to spare. Russia does have strict immigration laws since they would be swarmed with people from Asia and the Central Asian states if they didn't, and also religious laws.

Proselytizing is not allowed, and the only faiths they recognize are the original ones such as: Orthodox, Catholics, Orthodox Jews, Islam, Buddhism and maybe Hinduism but I'm not sure. All others have to have special permission. I believe the Afrikaners belong to the Dutch Reformed Church.

 

My daughter and her husband were in S.Africa just before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed their safari and wine country travels there.The guides on their safari tour were black as were most of those they encountered, and all were most hospitable and friendly towards them and the other mostly white tourists.

 

The Afrikaners are also warriors and make excellent soldiers.

And since Afrikaners don't have a drinking problem Russia wants these Afrikaners to settle down in Russia and feed Russia.
