It has been reported they were identified tracking their movements by Uber or something similar (the police would have monitored pick ups and drop-offs in the vicinity at the relevant time). By the time these two were arrested it was known Smollet was the victim and he had provided them a heavily redacted phone record (from which at least one of their cell phone numbers was discerned), they'd have at least his number and be able to trace calls to numbers therefrom. If they came across the two brothers (one with priors) and one with known contact with the victim (both apparently the "persons of interest" seen in the video according to Smollet) this would have been easy. If they then confirmed both had left together the following gay, then searched their apartment and found confirmatory evidence, their arrests seem sensible.

 

Maybe you've heard of this thing called the "Internet" where if you use something called a "search engine" you can find examples of anything. For instance, I thought I'd show you this clip of - well, it says a girl beating up a behemoth of a woman five times her size. Clearly the size and weight differential is a lot more than 160 to 205 lbs. The girl maybe might be 110 while the bigger one maybe outweighs most medium-size whales:

SBB, when I was in my 20s I knew a guy who wasn't that big and wasn't the most muscular guy around, but everyone who knew him wouldn't taunt him because if a fight broke out he was one of those guys who would totally lose it. We all knew that in any fight he would never give up and if he managed to land a lucky punch or get the advantage he wouldn't stop until you were a lump of jello or dead.
