Not everyone can actually afford to legal fees necessary to clear their name and prove their innocence in a court of law.

When one must go into bankruptcy just to prove their innocence when accused of certain crimes, that is a significant problem with the united states justice system.

But you are incorrect if you feel frat boys are not out of control, across America, since we have many proofs that they are not behaving as peacefully as sororities for example. I also would love to know how you define "held accountable" in the case of frat boys.

Rape is definitely a problem at college, but you presented no evidence that the judges were ex-frat boys or that people who belonged to fraternities believe that men have a right to rape. You also presented no evidence that prosecutors aren't prosecuting because men have a right to rape. I believe that in order to be convicted in a court of law of rape, evidence beyond a reasonable doubt needs to be presented, or else the defendants must be presumed not guilty.
