I guess it's Scott Pruitt's fault? Maybe the EPA really does do something? Pay no attention to that massive cloud of cancer causing benzene. All is well! https://www.kut.org/post/harris-cou...d-carries-smoke-away-petrochemical-plant-fire
will probably in about 6 months will hear that relaxed regulations from the environmental protection agency may have played a role So far I haven't seen who's investigating what happened It kind of sounds like everybody's just saying fire happens I'm sure the people in Houston Texas don't mind breathing benzene for a little while. They'll do anything for Donald Trump
Actually, Houston is solidly blue. Clinton beat Trump by over 12 points in Harris County. Not all of us Texans are mouth-breathing Cult45ers...
So if Lisa Jackson, or Gina McCarthy, were still heading the EPA there would have been no fire? Ding dong...…..
Awould relaxed regulations by the environmental protection agency increase the risk of accidents? Are regulations socialist? Does Donald Trump think we will be more successful if we reduce regulations? What happens if the cancer rates in Houston Texas all of a sudden spike in 3 or 4 years? do you want to live next to a chemical fire cesspool that they said wouldn't hurt you and then they said it would?
Do you have any proof regulations that would have prevented the fire were reduced? I know you don't, but sometimes the finger pointing at Trump is so off the wall, it deserves comment.
Conservative attitude is "accidents will happen". Progressives think government has a role to micromanage everything and if a tragedy happens another law needs to be passed. Probably conservatives underreact a little bit and progressives overreact. That doesn't make anyone automatically right.
Liberals would regulate industry so much and tax them so high that it would be pointless to be in industry anymore.
Well another plant blew up I guess relaxed environmental protection agency regulations may not be a good idea? hey the economy is doing great but we keep pouring chemicals smoke over people in the process
