That Trump put himself and preserving his relationship with the Russian gangsters who prop up his false front of a real estate empire above the national interests.

That Trump saw running for President as way of enriching himself, and sold the possibility of having a direct line to a would be President.

Whether that rises to the level of a directly indictable crime is one matter.

That Trump peddled himself and access to his office is not in doubt.

Adam Schiff rejects reports that Mueller indictments are over, says special counsel could be called to testify.

After spending two years making a fool of himself in public, common sense should tell him that it is now time to move to the background.

Perhaps she understands how difficult it will be to maintain her ratings going forward, now that all the dog whistles she's blown have resulted in nothing.

Why? After calling for waiting for the report Schiff for brains is now throwing another temper tantrum because it is not turning out how he wanted.

Not relevant to your 'splaination. Schiff might conclude that there are additional avenues to explore, subject to congression oversight. But Schiff can't know that without having seen the report. Schiff off handedly rejecting Mueller's summation solely because no more indictments will be issued is disturbing and reveals an absolute bias. Schiff has dishoned the most significant aspect of our rule of law. Presumption of innocence.

How did he make a fool of himself?
Only a pea brain jumps the gun on this matter. Trump is a filthy dirty racketeer and has been in breach of his oath of office since day one. He has lied non-stop and continues to suck up to foreign dictatorial adversaries to suit his personal agenda. Admit you support this scummy birther but don't pretend he is legitimate and above board because we all know that is absolute BS.

The fact that "no more indictments" does not mean there could not be impeachable material, just shows how right you are. Schiff is a turd regardless of what is in the report! I wouldn't celebrate **** till I read it.

There should be a special counsel, but this time to investigate how the Obama administration and DOJ conspired to bring Trump down with a fake dossier paid for by Hillary and the DNC and using Russian operatives. That's the collusion. Heads must roll and people must be prosecuted including Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Clapper, Brennan for starters and anyone else who peddled these lies for 2 long years. It cost the taxpayer $25 million dollars, so the DNC should reimburse the government for that. Democrats should be ashamed and the media should apologize for dividing the country with their lies. If I were a Democrat, I would leave that lying, cheating party. I WANT CONSEQUENCES for these idiots. If I had been persecuted by these people, I would sue.

There certainly was collusion. The head of the campaign (Manafort) was giving internal polling data to Russian-backed Ukranians.

It was never expected that Muller himself would indict Trump. Ken Starr didn't indict Clinton, even though Clinton obviously perjured himself. It's a long-standing DOJ practice that a sitting president can't be indicted. Starr issued his report and let Congress do its thing. That will be the case here.

I think Mueller's report will be very damning and could certainly lead to impeachmemt the way Starr's report did.

That is why I say everyone who is saying there is guilt and upset at the idea the report might not contain enough for impeachment are TRAITORS. There might not be a case here, that fact eludes the TRAITORS!

For those of you who don't understand why schiff-for-brains is an embarrassment, I'll quote him from just 5 weeks ago:

"You can see evidence in plain sight on the issue of collusion, pretty compelling evidence. Now, there's a difference between seeing evidence of collusion and being able to prove a criminal conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt."

Facts don't care about your feelings. No indictments even close to collusion.

There was enough for impeachment when Trump said he "fell in love" with the N. Korean dictator, whom we are still technically at war with. Any other president, Republican or Democrat, would have been out after that.

I predict Mueller will say shady stuff XYZ happened, you can't indict a president, and it's up to Congress to decide what to do.

There was collusion. Manafort gave campaign polling data to Russian-backed Ukranians. Now, what did Trump know about any of this (and Manafort's other crimes), and when did he know it?

    Allow me to demonstrate how.

    That was then.

    Screen Shot 2019-03-23 at 10.46.22 AM.png

    This is now.

    Screen Shot 2019-03-23 at 10.50.03 AM.png

First there was evidence all over the place in plain sight, but then it just wasn't "graphic" enough to amount to squat.

And THAT, is how Schiffty made a big ol' fool of himself.

You're right. Mueller could trigger impeachment too easily IMO. "Lacked candor" or "seemed evasive" can easily be overblown. Schiff though isn't even interested in Mueller's findings. Schiff's denied Trump the most important legal right afforded American citizens. The presumption of innocence. Schiff has announced that his respect for our rule of law is contingent upon his preferred verdict.

There is no "presumption of innocence" Schiff has to follow. Impeachment is a political process. The House doesn't even conduct the trial when it comes to impeachment. They simply move the process forward.
