    What a ****ing weird story. The entire saga is just absolutely nuts and there as so many questions left to be addressed. Why is he agreeing to forfeit the bond money if they agreed to drop the charges? Will he file a civil suit to recoup some of his legal expenses? What is going to happen to the brothers that agreed to cooperate?

    And one person that is looking at all of this absurdity and laughing is R. Kelly. Chicago prosecutors are also the ones handling that case.

    No. NOTHING like the Mueller Report. The fact that you would attempt to equate the two is embarrassing.

    The Mueller Report has tons of Grand Jury information in it, thus, by law MUST be sealed.

    Refuse what? He has no authority over state courts, or state executives. He can sit in jail on contempt charges until the scotus hears it, but must go though all the state levels first

    No ... Smollett was actually charged with a crime, and his forfeiture payment isn't perceived as a campaign donation to Foxx.

    Not what I'm hearing... the community service part is reportedly based on something he's already done, not something new he has to do...

    Sounds like the bond is toast, but that's small potatoes to somebody pulling down what he is (or was)..

    Wonder if he's off to Subway for lunch?

    Well, I for one am content justice was properly served in this case (sarcasm) after hearing his attorney's BS statement to the press at which time she completely dodged most of the most relevant questiions.

    Yup Talon, evidence of two tier justice system again.

    Who's next? Avenatti?
