"The Muslims"!? We hold individuals culpable for the crimes they commit. There is NOTHING in our concept of "rule of law" that suggests holding all members of a religion culpable for crimes committed by others of that religion.

Likewise, justifying a crime by pointing to some other crime is nonsense.

This "crimes of the Muslims" thing is a totally BS concept.

What's more, it could not possibly justify retribution against a people today.

In fact, action against a people like that is against international law.

I'm not proposing action against them, at least not while they are doing nothing.
I am comparing crimes of Muslims to crimes to Jews.
    Muslims are winning.

Ethnic cleansing is a major international crime.

And, it's supreme idiocy to suggest Palestinians or any other human beings should peacefullly give up their personal property, live under foreign military law without representation and/or live in a cage such as Gaza under a decades long active war beging waged by Isael.

Our forefathers shot redcoats for imposing circcumstances that were not even a fraction of being that bad.

    Read our declaration of independence.

I trust you don't see our treatment of first peoples as justification for other crimes by us or anyone else

    I'm fully aware of that.

But, comparing these two can not lead to a different opinion of the legality of the ethnic cleansing of West Bank.

It's like saying Germany, Russia, China, Belgium, and so many others can never take part in a decision on humanitarian crimes.

Yes, we committed a crime. In fact, that is not the only crime we committed. But that doesn't mean we can have nothing to say on the subject of criminality.

    Hilarious!

I really like the part about how the settlers who have stolen land from Palestinians in West Bank need to be the "leaders" to bring the people together!!!!

How about this: Those who steal property should be made to return that property to the individuals they stole it from!

Israelis are stealing land from Palestinians TODAY.

In fact, in past negotiations Israel demanded the right to continue stealing land from Palestinians EVEN DURING THE NEGOTIATIONS FOR BORDERS!!!

We aren't just allowing Israelis to keep their stolen property.

We are ENCOURAGING them to continue stealing land!

At what point in time is stealing land OK, and who makes that decision.

Few, if any original Pallies are still alive today.

If someone is living on their land and you come along and bulldoze their home and chase them away, I'd say it's pretty obvious.

You're not asking a serious question.

We fight against terrorism wherever it is within our reasonable ability to do so.

Nobody accepts terrorism as a justifiable direction - even when it comes in response to horrendous circumstance such as imposed on West Bank, Ireland, South Africa, and other places.

How is giving cash rewards to terrorists who murder innocents "fighting against terrorism"?

Is it not within your reasonable ability to not give cash rewards to murderers?

Do you consider it reasonable to reward terrorists for murdering innocents?

And again, I'm asking you to please explain this to me.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinian_Authority_Martyrs_Fund

    What is up with that?
Yes, yes they do. Not only do the Palestinians consider terrorism justifiable, they consider it admirable, and they reward it accordingly. The "Slay for Pay" Martyr's Fund is wildly popular in Palestine.

I don't think you're being truthful in your responses.

Under our law, punishment of a group for the crimes of an individual is itself a crime.

If your relative goes off and commits a crime, it's not legitimate to hold YOU responsible.

And, pitching aid to those who lose working

Also, note that those receiving aid include those who are innocent bystanders.

Also, it includes the family of those who have been jailed, but have not been found guilty of committing any crime.

The real question is why do we promote the humanitarian crimes that are so heinous that people are ready to sacrifice their very LIVES.

Then why are Palestinian terrorists who commit the crime of murder rewarded rather than punished?

Is it legitimate to reward me if a relative of mine commits the crime of murder?

And it also includes rewarding those who kill innocents. Are you ignoring of denying that simple fact?

Sacrifice their very LIVES in the act of committing terroristic murder of innocents.

Or do you believe there are no innocent Jews?

You won't even explain what the Martyr's Fund is all about. Seems to me like you're trying to tiptoe past, or slither around, the truth of what's really going on in Palestine.

Kind of like what the Europeans did to the natives here.
Only they just burnt down their homes.

That doesn't make sense. Obviously, terrorists are criminals. The question is whether WE hold their SURVIVORS responsible for their crimes.

And, the answer is that we don't hold survivors responsible.
If you are the wife of a guy who blew himself up and you have kids you're trying to raise in abject poverty (as is often the case), then I'd say you do need help.
    Asked and answered above.
I believe Israelis living on stolen land in West Bank are criminals. Yes. And, I believe the aid they got from the government of Israel in the theft of that land is also a criminal act. There is no other possible interpretation.

You gave a link. I didn't think it was necessary for me to copy the text here.

If the Muslims want the Jews to leave, don't you think it is fair that the Muslims offer some land they stole from them as trade.
