Do you pretend there would not have been MANY terrorist attacks from Muslim countries had not the very stringent and dedicated security precautions and protections that went into place immediately after 9/11? Do you pretend that no Muslims belong to Hamas, Hezbollah, al Qaida, ISIS, all sworn enemies of the United States and determined to bring down Israel and the USA as the defender of Israel? Are you prepared to make that case? The countries President Trump blocked were ALL countries previously identified by the Obama Administration as exporters of terrorism. Was the Obama Administration Islamophobic?

As of 2013, long before the Trump Administration was on anybody's radar, there were at least 60 Islamist-inspired terrorist plots against the USA since 9/11, 49 of which were homegrown plots probably most promoted or inspired by al Qaida or ISIS, and 11 attempts/plots by people outside the USA, yes some of whom were Muslims from other countries. It was dedicated efforts by the Bush Administration, Obama Administration, and now the Trump Administration that no doubt has saved thousands of lives and much carnage.

And the attempts from ISIS, neo-Nazis, et al has continued:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unsuccessful_terrorist_plots_in_the_United_States_post-9/11

And President Trump deserves every bit as much praise and accolades for his determination to maintain the security and well being of the American people as anybody do

Doesn't count CNN who mentioned Russian collusion every 10 min for 2 years.

However, they aren't giving up. They sort of ran out of gas on the whole racist thing and the Russian thing probably won't work for them all that well from this point on. But they're digging like mad for a new weapon to use.

And photos from President Trump's rally in Michigan last night, i.e. the ones the MSM won't show you:

And outside watching on viewing screens set up for those who couldn't get into the huge packed stadium--a capacity crowd of 14,000 indoors and another estimated 20,000 outside. It has been reported on Fox and by other media who are 24/7 Trump bashing media that there were more than 100,000 requests for tickets.

Just how intelligent are Trump supporters?

    ShadowX said:
Are you serious? First of all he's using a negotiation tactic.
    The boy who cried wolf!

Of course, Trump isn't going to close the border next week. The idiot realizes that the repercussions would be catastrophic. Even he knows that would change Republican districts along the border in Texas, Arizona, and California into Democratic districts. Of course, a sixth grader knows that, too. It's not rocket science.

Even the Trump fan above knows it. He says it is merely a "negotiation tactic."

That's right, and therein lies the problem. Trump has made a career of meaningless "negotiation tactics." He threaten Kim Jong Un with "fire and fury." He threatened to destroy North Korea. He even said he was moving a CBG into position to accomplish that feat.

He has threatened our EU friends, Canada, and Mexico with trade wars.

Trump threatened to impose a 25% tariff on $250B of Chinese goods on January 1. That hasn't happened.

Trump has threatened a few times to close the southern border. This threat is no different. Next week will come and go, and by then Trump will have moved on to a different controversy. Perhaps he will threaten to invade Canada because of their restrictions on Wisconsin's dairy products.

That's the problem, two problems actually.

First, nations don't respond well to threats. They generally respond with threats of their own. As a negotiation tool, threats encourage hostility, not agreements. After two years, Trump has yet to learn that simple fact.

Then there is "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" principle. Trump has made so many threats they have become meaningless. No reasonable person, certainly no foreign adversary, believes him.

Do you sincerely believe Trump will close the southern border next week?

Don't answer to me. Answer to yourself. Do you think the Mexican president believes him?

So much for Trump's negotiation tactics.

BTW, in over two years the Great Negotiator has yet to create a major trade agreement. But that topic is for a different thread. Just making a point.

Well it is a fact that those Trump haters who can't find anything specific they can honestly complain about, will look or anything among a sea of successes to hold up as evidence the President has failed or they will make something up. Those who can't fault his vision, his agenda, his overall track record, or accomplishments personally insult him and/or his supporters.

Black people who don't dutifully report the assigned talking points of the left and/or who express conservative values of any type are not safe from their vitriol ether though. If President Trump was black, he would be portrayed just as despicably by the Trump haters and their surrogate media, but he would also be an Uncle Tom, Hanky Head, discredit to his race, and other such terms just as all black Republicans or conservatives are described.

Nothing President Trump has done so far has benefited a foreign country over the US. One would think liberals could at least give him credit for loving America. His supporters certainly do.

Is the meme a message about the orange halfwit, or in support of the orange halfwit? It certainly can be read either way.

Of course, much of your post is false. Attributing events that happened before Trump to Trump is idiotic.

Claiming that the targets of his Muslim ban are the only countries that had citizens involved in terrorism is both false and obviously dishonest.

And brining up 9/11 in the same post in which you try and dance past the fact that the country that the 9/11 hijackers came from is NOT on the list is dishonest.

But your xenophobia and your devotion to your pseudo facist fuhrer is noted.

That is just plain false. And so false, as to be downright idiotic!

The Russians are deligted with the damage taht Trump has done to the western alliance. He has been their greatest gift. The Chinese are pretty happy too.

And Kim Jung Un knows he can build all the nukes he wants, and never have to worry about Trump at all.

Trump gave China it's number one foreign policy wish the first week he was in office. He quit the TPP, signalling to China and the world that the US is abandoning its role as a bulwark against Chinese influence in Southeast Asia and clearing the way for One Belt/One Road as the only real choice.

Then, he quite the Paris Accord, signalling his willingness to abandon the 75 year old tradition of American leadership in the free world.

Our enemies have had quite a good run from Trump.

Trump's ban places emphasis on documentation, not religion, or point of origin exclusively. Passports are sold by failed states, and states who sponsor terrorism. Every other narrative is false.

No it isn't. It was slapped together, just like everything else Trump did, It was announced when Trump had no access at all to intelligence data during the campaign. Of course, we all know how he refused to receive intelligence briefings as a candidate and was attacking the intelligence community before he was elected.

This was a slapped together campaign piece designed to pander to the prejudices and fears of his xenophobic fan base. And you fell for it!

The rest of your post is nothing more than a very weak and clearly dishonest attempt to rationalize what you know you can't refute.

Oh, and he calls it a Muslim ban, and so do you. Because that's what it was meant to be. All that nonsense you just made up about "point of origin exclusively" is the retreat he beat to after he lost in court (twice).

Oh, and under Trump's non Muslim Muslim ban, every one of the 9/11 hijackers would have been able to enter the US.
