No. The penalties are directed to the employer not the employee, and they are part of the Medicaid/ Medicare standards of care. How many people have you seen jailed this year for this 'offense'?

At one time I was doing a ton of video for the Tea Party Fort Lauderdale, I was to them, excepting RT, the only media outlet that fairly covered their activities, one day a member asked me if I was gay, which I am not.

What prompted the question was just prior a new member made a snarky comment about another member who was clearly out, I while carrying a camcorder on my right shoulder dropped my left wrist from the lens and made it limp, I then moved my hips to the side and with a serious lisp stated, "that's not a nice thing to say about someone dear."

I answered the guys question advising him I was not gay, he went into a tirade about that's good because being gay is a major sin and if I was, "G*d would send me to (H) downstairs and I would burn for eternity."

I gave the guy a look like "really" and put my camera down, because I thought I might need both fists because of what I was going to say next, after which I informed him that I thought Jesus was gay, I thought his head was going to detonate, his face literally turned bright red and he screamed WTF am I talking about, Jesus is our savior, I informed him in most of the artwork of Jesus, he's hanging with a bunch of guys, had really long hair like a girl and then I added "yup I'm sure he was a bottom."

The guy attacked me and had to be pulled off by a few other people who knew I carried a .45 under my shirt, though I had no intention of using it, the guy was not a danger to me and if I wished I could have pounded him into the pavement.

I wasn't beat too badly, nor was he, but it made me inquisitive about him and why he was so "religious".

Well as for sinning, I dug into the guys background, my wife who at the time worked for the Clerk of Courts found he had been divorced twice, both filings indicated he was cheating on his ex-wives, I wondered where he was dipping it while married and was able to confirm he knocked gal one up, talking with her I found out he did made a weak attempt at support, then just dropped her and moved on leaving her to cover everything going forward.

The other moved out of town and I could not locate her.

I also found out through a credit background check he had been put out of business by the IRS for not paying withholding taxes to the IRS, money that he was deducting from his employees, but not sending to the IRS, which explained why he was so Taxed Enough Already adamant.

My package was brought to the second in command at the Tea Party and I was advised "be quiet about it he is a major donor."

That was it for us, no more coverage for them.

Yes sir, a real non-sinning guy, he was also a drunk, a loud drunk, who at a major political event in Palm Beach while it was declared our guy won the election, he stood on a chair cheering and blocking my lens preventing me from shooting the speakers, he was politely asked to sit down, he didn't and then shortly after accidently fell off the chair, without anyone in the room helping him do so.

I am a religious person, believe in G*d, but cannot get my head wrapped around why thumpers think they can fool others into thinking they are sin free by attacking what they actually are.

Well I thinks like masterpiece cake shop in Colorado, memories Pizza in Missouri, and Sweet cakes by Melissa in or around Portland are ridiculous, and if someone doesn't want to serve you for whatever reason you should just find someone else to do business with.

I have a hard time believing someone attacked you because you said Jesus was gay.

 

Why is it ridiculous? The cake shop had beliefs, the LGBT have beliefs. The LGBT community wanted to take the rights and beliefs away from heterosexual shop owners and accept theirs.
