The Jewish laws were to prepare the world for God's full revelation of Himself in the Person of Jesus Christ. Christ's teachings went above the laws to reach the human heart. This is what we know as God's Grace, and it's given to whoever asks for it.

Christians love others to the extent that many have sacrificed their own lives to save the souls of others - otherwise the world wouldn't be Christian today. I say the world, thanks to the Christian laws spread by the colonists.

Christians do believe in the after life, and they are concerned with the eternal destiny of others, so don't construe their motives. I'm shocked though at how evil and irrational our society has become, so that even homosexuals who want to change their orientation are discouraged from doing so.

Anyway never blame God for the existence of anything that falls outside the norm. Anomaly's are only from God if they're beneficial to people's soul, and I don't think homosexuality is. What it shows is that our society is far from God.

Well, christians haven't sacrificed themselves any more than anybody else. That being said, the spread of christianity itself involved far more horror and cruelty than anything islam ever did.

Well, gay conversion therapy is very rightly vilified. It's 100% ineffective, and is at best laughably stupid, and at worst, cruel torture. No matter where it falls on that spectrum, it is never effective.

Everything has to be god's fault. Otherwise, there is no god. That's the intractable problem of religion.

Islam gets the trophy for the most people killed, and the methods of killing.
