First you have to establish whether the person is truly a Nazi, some people who think they are Nazis are not, best to check before hitting them.
If they think that Slavs, Roma and Jews amongst others are "sub human" and should be exterminated along with the mentally and physically disabled, which is what a genuine Nazi believes then I think that is incitement to violence, since they are advocating the death of friends of mine. Therefor the Nazi is contravening his free speech rights by voicing his opinion. Hit them, before they spread their crap.
