It was called collusion, but it referred to a trump putin conspiracy, which did not happen. So, no conspiracy.

Once again, the dead fish smell, was real, and I am on record here saying no evidence would be found that proved a conspiracy. It just never made any sense, that americans would conspire with putin to beat hillary. Not with us living in a national security state where such a thing would be too easy to discover.

It wasn't clear to Mueller there was any chargeable obstruction, but here we have an internet attorney that's sure. Does Rep.
Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) know about your earth shattering evidence? Have you contacted him yet?

The Mueller Report kicked over the logs and now the bugs are scrambling out. The lying and deceptions among the Trump team are breathtaking. Anyone that discounts this as irrelevant is as corrupt as Trump and his closest allies. Sarah Sanders has been exposed as a pathological liar and has lost what little credibility she had with the media.

At this point, Democrats running for office needs to do nothing about this matter. The Judicial and other Congressional committees will handle it. Candidates know Trump has been exposed as a crooked, dirty, little man so they are free to focus on the issues affecting Americans and they will. The Trump network, aka FOX, is in a bind. Democrats are flocking to FOX for interviews and town hall spots. Anyone that thinks Trump is free and easy in the clear are naive. This show is just getting started.

BTW, Barr has no reputation after this.

As an aside, I'm disappointed with Rod Rosenstein. I didn't think he would stoop to the level of being used as a prop for that sham of a press conference. He looked like his soul had been sucked out of his body with that dead eyed stare.

I think that may be the least of Rosenstein's worries. Time will tell

Why is it Barr's job to comment on the underlying embarrassing stuff that makes Trump look bad? I could understand YOU thinking that Barr should've mentioned it, but I couldn't have imagined that a professional lawman like Mueller would bitch about it! :roflol: It really is extraordinary.

In what statement did he say that it WASN'T because of the DOJ directive?

Yes, Mueller said this, but how does that mean that it was the only thing stopping him from recommending prosecution for Trump?

Trump tried to interfere with the entire investigation, where many crimes were uncovered. He himself, so far as we know, was not being investigated for conspiracy. Some of these efforts were apparently to protect Flynn, for example . . . who was guilty.

Flynn was guilty of conspiring with the Russians to influence the 2016 election? Surely you can't be serious!

At several points he did and/or attempted to do so. The only question is to what degree the intent behind his interference can be determined.

He was guilty of lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia, during which he was undermining the President and offering to undo sanctions that Russia was facing for it's interference. Remember?

    By doing what?

How did he try to obstruct investigations on Flynn?

Nonsense. There was no interference with the Mueller investigation other than bitching about it, asking people, who had no authority to do so to fire Mueller, is not obstruction however much you might think otherwise.

What did he actually do to "interfere" with the investigation?

It's not Barr's job to comment on anything. Just turn over the report to Congress like all other AGs have done. Mueller had every right to "bitch" because they had already agreed in early March to make the prosecutor's comments public when the report was turned over to the Justice Department and about what would be excluded from those comments.

I remember it in the original "summary", which later turned out to not be a "summary"

Because given that fact, anything else would make no difference.

The continual efforts to create fake narratives is astounding.

Is there anything left that is not propaganda?

Mueller was given all the resources requested, with an unlimited budget and timeframe. The Mueller investigation is over, complete...ended. No further charges.

Yes. And? Did you skip all the parts where he made it clear that he was working under the assumption that he can't indict a sitting President but Congress can?
