Which does not apply here, as Trump was not convicted of a crime.
Thus, we're back to the common definition, so provided.

    Mueller said:
...the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.
How does Mueller's statement not absolve Trump (et al) [of] blame for a fault or wrongdoing, especially after due consideration of the case?

We should listen to that guy.

If Trump is an idiot, the left must be suffering from severe retardation.

Your Mueller quote is a key point and part of his conclusion to the obstruction section that wouldn't even exist if Trump had behaved himself.

Trump keeps calling the report a hoax but the truth is he can't know if the other people in his campaign team colluded with Russia.

Yea because it has been proven that idiots tend to elect presidents that create record unemployment and massive jobs. No one can compete with the intelligence of the liberal voters and their high taxes, low jobs and massive welfare handouts. Wow, you just toss softballs up so shouldn't be surprised when you take one in the teeth lmao.

Proofs in the pudding and the pudding is Trump rebounded from any mistakes he may have made thirty plus years ago to become a very wealthy man? Live and learn.

We'll be able to see if that is true or not if he finally keeps his word and releases his tax returns. Until then, there is no pudding.

    OMG--another True Believer.

Economic growth is about what is was five years ago under Obama.

Real wages have grown about 1% in the last two years.

If real wages aren't going up very much, there's a limit to how fast the economy can grow based on consumer spending. The other ways it can grow are business spending, government spending, and exports. Business has taken the Trump tax cuts and done stock buybacks and distributed dividends. Why? Because we don't have growing consumer spending or very good prospects for our exports. So much for business spending. Government spending? Trump wants to cut it. Not a bad thing unless the spending is going to useful infrastructure (not pork, bridges to nowhere, etc.). The bottom line here is that we have to change some economic basics if we're going to get sustained faster growth.

Trump bought a little extra growth with poorly targeted tax cuts and a doubling of the deficit to $1t.

BTW, unemployment was already low under Obama.

Understand this ... I'm not an Obama fan. I didn't support him, nor did I support Useless Hillary.

Many of you Trumpite types have been drinking White House Kool-Aid the way Obama supporters did when he was in office. Those of us who have been feasting on bloated asset values have been laughing to the bank. I went to cash after Lehman collapsed and got back into the market in mid-2009.

The economy hasn't tripled in value (I nicely beat the Dow, btw), so Joe and Jane American who aren't investing haven't got their cut of the pie. Truth be told, Joe and Jane got royally screwed under Obama and are also getting screwed under Trump. What's happened to them isn't funny and if we keep it up, they may get so p'ssed off that they stop supporting the free enterprise system.

    Keep laughing.

Oh, so now he's rich? I thought he was the biggest loser of all time,
No, you won't. Tax returns give hints but do not tell you a person's balance sheet.

They divulge some things and it may give us some idea if Trump is using the Presidency to make money. The law says Congress can have them.

    1) The tax returns tell us nothing new. Trump admitted in 2004 that he lost a ton of money early in his career, then he turned that around.

    2) The tax returns show no crimes were committed.

This is another dry hole for libs who hate Trump.

Some idea? What idea? What things? You think he donates money to the KKK, or to a Putin-controlled energy conglomerate and then discloses it on his tax returns?

How can a tax return show that Trump is "using the Presidency to make money"?

Investments in a business that fails, especially real estate, does not mean you are a poor business man. The time period that the Times talking about was a bad time for real estate, for one thing.

Real estate investments allow many tax deductions and ability to write off losses against income. Just as GE, Amazon and other large corporations and businesses have. That is why they hire the best tax attorney's. Not against the law.
Many people have testified that Trump helped them finanially when they needed it. Perhaps not a donation to a "charity" but charity to indivuduals. And I believe he and his family did make donations to charities.

By the way, there is no law that says you must donate a percentage to charities. People that belong to churches donate a percentage of their income if they choose to.

What percentage of your income do you and your family donate?
