Which they determined he wasn't and he helped them catch a Russian spy. That was then this is now and they tried to set him up and then use that to go after the Trump campaign. Tell me what was Page indicted for? What crime was Page charged with? What collusion did Mueller find he engaged it?

Kavanaugh cut his political teeth in the politics of personal destruction along with Kelleyanne Conway, Ken Starr, Ann Coulter and Lucianne Goldberg in the 90’s. What goes around comes around.

That's not how this works. The FBI agents had to SWEAR that Steele was on the up and up as an asset and that his word and his actions were not questionable and yet by the time that they did swear to that to a FISA court judge they already knew that Steele was corrupt . . . because they had already fired him as an asset. They brazenly lied to the FISA court and thus the warrant was invalid from the get-go.

Indeed, and Horowitz is on this. The Inspector General is said to have already determined 3 of the 4 FISA warrants issued against Carter Page (one signed by Comey and another by Rosenstein) -were illegally obtained. Horowitz has re-opened his investigation on the validity of the first FISA warrant in light of recently released evidence a Deputy Secretary of State circulated a memorandum of her interview with Steele in which she noted his work was politically motivated (he stressed to her his dossier had to get to the right people before the election), she discerned Steele was leaking its contents to NYT and WashPo, and that it was full of inaccuracies.

Since this interview and the Deputy's memo was ten days before the dossier was used for the FISA warrant, it was illegal for Mueller to sign an attorney verification (sworn statement of the truth asserted) that Steele’s “reporting has been corroborated and used in criminal proceedings” and the FBI had determined him to be “reliable” and was “unaware of any derogatory information pertaining” to their informant. The illegality of the three subsequent FISA warrant renewals is simply due to the FBI's failure to provide any new evidence substantiating the need for continued surveillance of Carter Page (a requirement).

Carter Page's very existence is proof of perjury. They claimed he was a Russian agent advancing or about to advance a plot for Russian benefits. Opps. And now we know they had real-time proof this wasn't the case(the State Department cables.) If I were Comey, I'd stop talking.

But then, I wouldn't have betrayed the POTUS either.

Very nice summation; and yet endlessly our leftists remain capable of SHRIEKING, "How is any of that illegal?" when every aspect of it is illegal according to the rule of law. That's why in regards to most of this stuff I no longer bother to reply to them as the basis for most of their rebuttals to already documented facts and evidence essentially consist of "That never happened!" or "Good luck with that!" The irony being that they generate such puerile responses even as they can see the legal noose tighten ever more firmly around the necks of known RINO and politically allied Leftist conspirators.

These leftists CANNOT acknowledge this because neither Chris Matthews nor Rachel Maddow of MSNBC have as of yet TOLD them what to think instead. So they are waiting for additional leftist propaganda marching orders in regards to . . . actual truth.

Are these rhetorical questions? All indication are that 'Yes' most of our leftists are indeed perfectly okay with the gradually revealed corruption of these RINOs and their Leftist political allies of the former upper level hierarchy of the Obama administration having conspired and COLLUDED to urinate all over the Rule of Law FOR cynical political reasons.

You can't prove something without taking it to court. Just like several are asserting that the underlying evidence is clear that Trump committed Obstruction, I'm asserting that the underlying evidence is clear(beyond a reasonable doubt BTW) that Comey, Yates, Rosenstein(those who signed the FISA warrant) willfully and purposefully chose to deceive the court.

So what's taking Trump's AG so long? Sounds like it's a slam dunk. Why no charges?

In due time grasshopper. We've got like three separate investigators on the case(Huber, Horowitz and now Barr.) I believe we will in fact get indictments. Or, if it remains political Trump will declassify and at the very least they'll never be able to hold public trust again, which is as much of a win.

I don't want to burst your bubble, but there will be no charges. Especially to the folks you badly want charges to go to.

Hm, did you predict Trump wouldn't be President? And/or that he colluded with the Ruskies? I actually base my opinions off well-researched fact. If there's no indictments, it won't be for lack of evidence but lack of balls.

Which we've already been subjected to, when they claimed Hillary lacked intent despite spreading her server to her close advisors, including up until the President.
