They do waste a **** ton of time on Social Media and are still pretty egocentric. But, for some reason they are very cynical of the PC culture and how weak it seems to make the Millennials. I have also noticed many of them have a strong work ethic. I am not sure where it comes from. My thought is that their parents are Gen X, who saw the Millennials and went "Hell No!", so the Gen Z kids got pushed harder.

Valid points, but recent polls suggest his approval is rising and that doesn't surprise me.

Meaning what? Meaning, you’re trying hard to show us Deplorables the folly of our ways but we refuse?

I've thought that too. The Democrats are their own enemy and are digging their own graves.

If memory serves, Rasmussen was about the only poll that predicted Trump’s victory; all the other celebrated impending Hilary's victory.

    Right?

The tendency I see is not really up or down right now. Seems to be fairly steady since late February.

I don't know whether Rasmussen was attempting to predict the outcome of the election. That would be a different poll from the presidential approval rating.

Yes, but predict using real data, not the one oversampling Democrats.

Honestly half the country will hate him even if he cures cancer.

I'd be happy with 45%. That seems to be in line with what itll take for reelection.

white nationalists are not "fine people", they burn crosses and march and chant "blood and soil, jews will not replace us" - those are the folks Hillary was referring too

be nice if Trump and his supporters thought those people were deplorable too

They all use real data, of course. No, the others are not oversampling Democrats. All that would accomplish would be to damage their own credibility, something a pollster would never want to do for obvious reasons.

On and on this nonsense goes. One view of reality versus another, one subject to Trump's public claims and statements, and the other not. I'm not interested in these pseudo arguments with trolls. Trump is a highly unpopular crook and liar. There is no poll you can cite that will change that fact.

exactly... and when we found out Trump hired people to "fix" poll numbers... that makes it very hard to trust a positive Trump poll especially when Trump says republicans and democrats are against him and we know for a fact most millennials do not support Trump

the best most republicans will say about Trump... is that he was better then Hillary

No, that’s not what we say. We say, Trump did Hillary in.

Not quite the same, is it? I did not vote for Trump, I’ve voted against Hillary.

Things have changed since February, but we'll see if this rise in the polls marks the beginning of a trend or not.

Trump has never had great approval numbers and he proved back in 2016 that he doesn't need great approval numbers to get elected president. However, that doesn't mean he's going to get re-elected in 2020, either.

I stopped making predictions about the man a long time ago - all he has done is defy people's expectations, including my own.

Trump got less votes then Hillary, but did win via affirmative action for the smaller states, Trump is an Affirmative action president

No, Trump got voted in by the vast majority of the States of the Union. Is all that is counts... your rant is simply a consolation prize. Libs are good at awarding and receiving consolation prizes.

Speaking of more Americans voting for Hillary... what happened? I thought, Putin was helping Trump and not Hillary... has he failed? Or perhaps, was it not for Putin, 20mln more Americans would have voted for Hillary? :D

you seem confused, both are true... Trump won with less voters voting for him.. Trump the looser won (Trump's words, not mine)

You can do better than that, i.e., you could present a well reasoned argument based on facts. Do you deny that 1000 or so illegal immigrants are being released daily by the Trump DHS? Do you deny our national debt is at an all time high? Trump is all about political theatre for the low information voter. The fact that Trump is the lesser of two evils as compared to Clinton or potential dim Presidential candidates does not change this reality.

You could be right... I honestly don't know -- but there is a palpable difference between Millennials and Gen Z'ers developing. Perhaps it grows out of the fact that the Gen Z people have been so heavily and consistently bombarded with the Far Left's unending rants about how awful and terrible White people are, and the counter-corelative 'thesis' that everything about Black and Brown people is good, great, wonderful -- and abusively downtrodden by (you guessed it) White civilization.

You can go back to, oh, at least the Renaissance and see which societies have done what, and who the people were that did them (good and bad), and since about 1400 A. D., the uncontested leader in the development of progress in EVERYTHING of any value in human civilization has been done by White Europeans, or their descendants.

Whether either Millennials or Gen Z people fully comprehend this or not, they're probably bored SH!TLESS by now with being told, over and over and over, how dreadful White people are. They have lives to live, and deep down, they want to have enjoyable lives, security, wealth, health, and everything else that normal people want in life. And that doesn't include being made to feel like some kind of sub-human monsters by the public school system, and nearly every damn thing they see on hyperliberal mainstream TV networks. In other words, anybody would get tired of 'being on their knees' just because some doctrinaire bunch of conniving propaganda-spinners are trying to manipulate them in order to seize power over entire countries (like the USA, Britain, Germany, et al).

    Hi, Rahl.

Suggestion: marshal your Far-Left forces and amend the Constitution to abolish the Electoral College. Simple... right?

You can do it! Hell, if your faction could elect and RE-elect an America-hating NOTHINGNESS like "Messiah" Obama, you guys can do anything! Flex your muscles and sphincters and get it done!

Well, wasn't that about all Hilla was saying? Near as I could see, her entire platform was A) I haz vagina and B) I'm not Trump.

I've said this time and again, during the 2016 campaign cycle, I kept asking the forum why I should vote FOR Hilla. I got plenty of responses why I should vote against Trump, but no one - literally no one - gave me one reason, even a bad reason, why I should vote for Hilla. I could come up with reasons to vote for Trump, and I didn't even like the guy. Also, considering the incredible negatives surrounding the two of them, ultimately the only reason you voted for either of them was because you despised the other one more. To that end, the flip side of your argument is also true; the best Democrats could say about Hilla was that she was better than Trump - which, when all was said and done, was the only explanation the LW had on this very forum.
