Federal Judges follow the rules of our US Constitution and if anything they rule deems to be unconstitutional then it can be challenged and brought to the Supreme Court. That's the only recourse for sour grapes.

District judges issuing nationwide injunctions is stepping way beyond their judicial boundary. How can an EO reversing a previous unconstitutional EO be unconstitutional. Please explain that one.

My ancestors came to the America in the 1630's during the Great Migration period from England. If your ancestors came to America after that then you are a foreigner to me and should go back where you came from.

That want to live. Vet them, then let them. Want to end the immigration crisis? Then quit making it illegal to want to be free and happy.

That's a ridiculous statement. When Congress approves a bill and sets it into law, it's a done deal. Trump screwed himself.

There’s nothing in my post suggesting I want to do away with borders. My suggestion is to stop giving a death sentence for the crime of wanting to live and prosper, happily.

If you are not native American, you are a foreigner.

What constitutes a native American? Many Indian tribes migrated from Mexico to North America when the Spanish arrived and started their rampage over 500 years ago. Are they also foreigners?

I am more concerned with what happened yesterday when 10,000 foreigners crashed our southern border than quibbling over ancient semantics

You seemed more concerned with labeling people as foreigners.

Derrr.... Congress holds the purse, but once a bill is approved by Congress, it's not up to either party as to when and how much is released. It would be out of the realm of possibilities for anyone of either party to withhold funds once they're approved.

You have no clue how congress works

    Authorizing funds means nothing

They have to be appropriated before the executive brance gets the money

You have no clue how Congress works. They and ONLY they have the power of the purse! Trump cannot just go around sucking out funds from the defense budget or disaster relief budget. That's how it is and if you don't like it, that's just too bad for you.

Now you have veered off on a side issue

The topic is the empty slight of hand offer of funds to build the wall

That's what I thought, so I wonder where Obama got the billions he flew into Tehran on pallets.

Well yes, you said it. The effort is to divert funds intended for disaster relief for people that lost their homes and businesses in a natural catastrophic event. Trump will usurp monies designated for the military or Americans who've lost all they have, just to get money for his wall so that in his re-election campaign he can say to you "look, I got money for our wall".
